Barron Barnett asks: "Where the F*** is the NRA?!"

Does the NRA hate Washington State? It certainly feels that way. I have heard through the rumor mill that the NRA has a serious dislike for Gottlieb and they view this as a “let’s screw Gottlieb” moment. The catch is they’re screwing over every gun owner in the state of Washington over petty personal politics.

The NRA will be busy spending any extra funds they have on new telemarketing services contracts, so they can bug me for more money and so that they can spend it on incumbents, who say one thing and do exactly the opposite.

I live near the Soviet of Seattle and we have a 20 foot tall statue of Lenin in Seattle . Whatever the voter outcome is I will not comply . Too damn old to listen to stupid Sodomite Liberals trying to take away my rights. We are a trend state and if they want a civil war why not start it here.

Well, kinda. The NRA screws every gun owner out of petty politics but it ain't personal and certainly not directed at one individual. The NRA is simply the biggest and best disguised gun CONTROL organization and it's time for PEOPLE TO FACE THE FACTS THAT PROVE IT.

From the "hunting" petard it created to its on again off again marriage to "law-abiding gun owners" and "universal background checks", alongside it's backward, obtuse and idiotic position of arguing AGAINST constitutional carry, the facts are what they are. The NRA argues for states to preempt the Second Amendment when that enumeration TAKES OUT OF THE HANDS OF GOVERNMENT THE POWER TO DECIDE! Indeed, the NRA boldly argues AGAINST the very nature of the Second Amendment, both it's INDIVIDUAL nature AND it's preexisting government nature. It argued endlessly and lobbies endlessly for government control over something that was officially denied its purview. It does so for the money. From making mandated training fees to "donations" from "supporters", it's all about the money.

It's not called Negotiating Rights Away for nothing.

See, more and more people are finally recognizing this reality - cut up membership cards posted online included- and are turning to other organizations. Hence attacks upon those orgs.

Ever wonder why the NRA donor list is so secret? Wouldn't it be just do " rich" to find out just how much bloomberg money finds it's way into the NRA? Gotta sugar the whipping boy so the whipping boy keeps taking his whippings huh ?

The NRA really is just a tool used by controllers. I wish it wasn't, I wish it really was what so many think and wish it would be. But it just isn't. (Kinda like the Republican Party just isn't what many think and wish it was).

Folks, we cannot solve a problem by ignoring the fact that the problem exists. We have to be honest in order to solve it. There cannot be the democratic wing and the republican wing of the gun rights fight. Their can only be these two sides - 1) those who step up for the Second itself AS IT IS WRITTEN, and 2) those who don't.

Please don't be fooled by the "fight" fraud being presented here. Don't fall for the Obama distraction and diversion tactics. Don't fall for Saul.

Okay folks...the whole NRA to the side for the moment. Following is the whole text of the "pro gun" initiative.

Initiative Measure No. 591 (filed May 23, 2013)
PROTECT OUR GUN RIGHTS
AN ACT Relating to protecting gun and other firearm rights; adding new sections to chapter 9.41 RCW; and creating new sections.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 9.41 RCW to read as follows:
It is unlawful for any government agency to confiscate guns or other firearms from citizens without due process.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. A new section is added to chapter 9.41 RCW to read as follows:
It is unlawful for any government agency to require background checks on the recipient of a firearm unless a uniform national standard is required.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 3. The provisions of this act are to be liberally construed to effectuate the intent, policies, and purposes of this act.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 4. If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the act or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 5. This act is known and may be cited as the “Protect Our Gun Rights Act.”
--- END ---

If you notice I have separated a section out above so that is easy to find but I will provide it again for good measure.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. A new section is added to chapter 9.41 RCW to read as follows:
It is unlawful for any government agency to require background checks on the recipient of a firearm unless a uniform national standard is required.

I have always been under the impression that the Second Amendment WAS SUPPOSED to be the uniform national standard. By placing I-591 into law, we are accepting that the 2A is no longer the national standard, PLUS the state of WA sets the "legal" example of eliminating the states authority to reserve any power to itelf. Goodbye 2nd, 10th, ect ect.

Gee, makes me think that a FUDD wrote it so that they might be eaten last.

Oh, wait.
