From the site ..
quote:"The trial focused on whether the FBI has done an adequate search for bombing records requested by Trentadue under the federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

FOIA..the FBI..right. Hahahhahahaha!

Good luck with that one. They'll simply give him their middle finger..just like the CIA does. EVEN when the info is DECLASSIFIED ..and then..raise their middle finger AGAIN..when someone wants to know why the FOIA was denied...by ..you got it..a FOIA! EVEN, when the the party filing the FOIA, went to to the Information Security Oversight Office responsible for “the oversight of the Government-wide security classification,” and to the Public Interest Declassification Board established “to promote the fullest possible public access to a thorough, accurate, and reliable documentary record of significant U.S. national security decisions and activities.” All demurred, were unwilling or unable to curtail the CIA’s anti-transparency pivot.

Unwilling..or UNABLE ..to force the CIA to release..DECLASSIFIED MATERIAL...geewhilikers..whudda thunk.

These scumbags never cease to fucking amaze me at their complete audacity, notwithstanding lying through their teeth.

Foley is splitting the vote of Constitutionalists. Foley packages his approach differently than Malloy by obfuscating his position on unconstitutional SB1160. Foley is no more in support of gun rights than Malloy. They are one and the same.

Joe Visconti is unequivocal in his support for the Right to Bear Arms as well as all unalienable Rights. The choice is support the U.S. Constitution and the Connecticut Constitution by voting for Visconti or maintain the status quo, that has violated both Constitutions for decades, by voting for Foley.

Of course experience - and the law - tells our Federal agencies that they may lie to those they interogate.

Seems to teach they that they may lie when under interogation ...

Once lying is ingrained it becomes the normal order of interaction. As with all inter-personal interactions: "You will not rise to the occassion; you will simply revert to the level of your training."
