This is just going to result in new "laws" that if you own a gun, it must kept in a gun safe and you must have a monitored, security system to protect this potentially very dangerous property.
Or....it must be kept at a state sponsored facility to ensure that it's not stolen.
I would LOVE for a burglar to try and rip off my home. The last burglar I encountered was on December 17th last year and I put 3 .38special Hydroshocks in him. The cops who showed up told me that I should have killed him. Better luck next time is all I can say.
"The Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in the Persuance thereof; and all Treaties made, and which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." (US Constitution: Article VI, paragraph 2)
Thomas Jefferson said he smelled a rat, when speaking of the constitution. This paragraph may well have been the rat he referred to. It gives plausible argument that the Small Arms Treaty, if passed by the Senate, over rides the Second Amendment.
The only counter to that argument is Patriotic American rifle owners with the will to use those arms. What we saw after hurricane Katrina is not encouraging; people gave up their arms without a fight. There are literally hundreds of YouTube videos documenting this fact.
I have heard many gun owners say they will hide their weapons if the government comes for them; another unfortunate indication that at the very time they should be using those weapons, they choose not to.
The FEMA camps were built for these very people. When the time comes, if you don't have the will to use your arms you will certainly be an occupant.
These articles will continue in order to gain public support for gun confiscation, and is just another indication of their intent.
It's coming. Gird up your loins and strengthen your will.
Burglers know a good thing when they steal it. Plus it's not registered. I can also see honest citizens hiding and then reporting weapons as stolen so they won't have to turn them over to the BATFEces when they come knocking on the door.
One thing's for certain, people....we are going to be under attack like nothing before.
Don't expect the GOP to protect you. They will roll over like they always do.
And let's be clear: The Progressives can't stand anyone who disagrees with them. Their politics is their religion; it's their opiate. It's what they live for. They want us all DEAD and they're more then willing to see govt. forces carry out their will.
To believe otherwise is to foolishly ignore history.
I hope you're ready because it's going to get very ugly.

Thankfully, millions of traffic citations were issued by cops who could have been patrolling neighborhoods.
Citations are more important than neighborhood patrolling.
