Who ELSE would any of the "terrorist groups" use them aganst? How do you define "terrorrist?" I think anyone using drones could be defined as a terrorist, nomatter te size of their group.
Have ANY drone victims been able to effectively defend thhemselves? I haven't yet heard of any being destroyed, diverted, or redirected.
