U.S. Marshals "special ops" caught him flat-footed and unarmed at an abandoned hangar. Penn police were notably absent, but the perp was handcuffed with the dead cops cuffs.
They never had their chance, he was arrested by US Marshal's....and "the cut's/ bruising on his face were there before he was arrested" according to spokesmen.... :rolleyes: .....they state when confronted he knelt and raised his hands.....doesn't take too much imagination to see them placing him "forcefully" in the prone though, hence the injuries.
Reading the comments section of that story is interesting. Very few people seem to be siding with the cops. I guess cultivating the "us vs. them" mentality isn't working out so well.
Since the feds apprehended him, I'd say the PA cops missed their chance. He did 'surrender without resistance' but somehow acquired a visibly bleeding nose in the process.
