David Codrea: Selective ‘History Lesson’ on Militias Ignores Inconvenient Truths

The Opposite Day “progressive” collectivists don’t get to subvert and sabotage the work of the Founders and then call those attempting to protect and restore that heretofore unparalleled system for protecting unalienable rights through delegated powers “traitors.” Not on our watch.

Being as I haven't read much on Bateman's time in the service, as in when and where, I really don't know what brand of military people he had under him. But nevertheless, I'm still wondering this: has "fragging" gone out of style?

My advice to LTC Bateman is not original. It is apparently good enough to have been said by several quotable people down through the years, but I heard it first on CSPAN from Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan who was questioning a witness before some subcommittee or something:

"Sir, you are entitled to your own opinion. You are not entitled to your own facts!"

I'm not sure how good LTC Bateman is as a military officer, but upon the face of it he has proven himself to be intellectually lazy and scholastically incompetent.

Master Bateman's time in, and leadership of, the infantry, is about as extensive and encompassing as mine, that is, little to none when you dig behind the rhetoric and get down to the facts.
And FYI, I was a Commo MOS (31E, now a 25 series), that was constantly in support of the infantry. That is all.
