Apologies for my absence, but I just spent four of the worst back-to-back days since this process began.

To call this "tumor fatigue" doesn't do it justice. It leaves me so debilitated that I cannot drag my carcass up and down the stairs. I have hundreds of emails to process, so if you sent me one do not be surprised if it takes a while to answer. I'll try to have a few posts later today.

Mike, I'm sure the regulars here know what you are going through, so you need not apologize to any one. The only thing you are responsible to now is your health. Take one day at a time, and don't worry about keeping up with the blog. You've already done 1000 times more than anyone could ever expect. You and Rosie are in my prayers.

Dutchman, Mike, there are many important things to do, many more than you can possibly accomplish in your allotted days. Email really is going to have to sink in priority at this point. The best use of your time at this point is showing your family how much they mean to you. When you face your maker, you want to give a good report, and how you treated those you love is going to be very high on the list at that point.

We're sorry to put you through all these increasingly ridiculous political charades, when you should be free to focus on more eternal concerns. Or at least, I'm a bit sorry for it.

But I'm also a bit inspired by your willingness to keep fighting against all odds. I think I'm not alone in that.

Your strength is amazing - spend it on being with Rosie and your loved ones.

Always thinking of you.

Burning the candle at both ends does make it shine brighter ...

... but we do need your good self for a while longer!

We are praying for you and your family. Know that we WILL keep up the good fight, just as you have, right up to the end, when we will join you in His Eternal Grace. God Bless You.
