"Worse than Munich."

"Never in the field of global diplomacy has so much been given away by so many for so little."

The American people need to understand that the Iranian agreement was not the result of Obama's incompetence, or failed foreign policy. Just like his administration's policy to divide Israel, it was intentional. Indeed, prophetic. Look at Obama's decisions and you will see the nations lining up for the Gog/Magog war of Ezekiel #38 & 39. Retribution against America, will be swift in coming, for these policies. Obama is more than a POS, he is demonic. Unfortunately, when retribution comes, it will not be seen as God's wrath, the majority will write it off as a natural disaster. A titanic disaster, but still natural. This nation is blind.

The American people need to understand that what happens halfway around the globe is none of their goddamned business and they need to sit down shut up and stop thinking they have a God-given right to poke their noses into the business of everybody else on the planet.

Pakistan has nukes. Israel has nukes. Who knows what's laying around in the central Asian 'stans. If Iran has nukes, big whoopty whoop. It is not the problem of anybody in this hemisphere, and the only way it can become such a problem is if the USA goes and makes such an ass of itself as to be a bigger problem than anybody else in a really tough neighborhood. This is not something to which the USA or its people should aspire.

Bring the troops home, sever entangling alliances, deport illegals and anybody from "problem" countries (Islam is not compatible with separation of powers), cut legal immigration by 99%, and fire the entire DHS. There. Done.

The reason this is not done is 1) war is a racket, 2) the temptation of power, 3) political loyalties where the USA does not come first, 4) utter apathy on the part of an American population that has lived in a bubble of wondrous goodness for so long they can't imagine it being otherwise.

Utter rot.

"The people who write that kind of stuff never fight; possibly they believe that to write it is a substitute for fighting. It is the same in all wars; the soldiers do the fighting, the journalists do the shouting, and no true patriot ever gets near a front-line trench, except on the briefest of propaganda-tours. Sometimes it is a comfort to me to think that the aeroplane is altering the conditions of war. Perhaps when the next great war comes we may see that sight unprecedented in all history, a jingo with a bullet-hole in him."
-- George Orwell

Seriously, are people really that afraid of Iran? Why are conservatives such pussies? Why do they look to their REAL enemy, Washington DC, to "save" them from this made-up threat?

Sounds like the neocons and other ruling thugs still control too many brains around here, like Pavlov's dogs.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."
-- Reichsmarshal Hermann Goering at the Nuremberg trials

It took me awhile to remember the Sir Winston Churchill quote that this is so humorously twisted from. Thank you.
