Anonymous said...: So, in essence, the douchebag argument from Holder is that the Executive branch can't be held to account by the Legislative branch, as it may interfere with the Executive branch's ability to do as it pleases. And additionally, the Judicial branch should really just butt out, because it has no real authority to perform the very function it was designed for.
