Check out TURKISH ARCHERY tradition.

The instruction manuals from before black powder, flintlock ignition & etc. are instructive of what a well trained archer can do.

This may be why Benjamin Franklin wanted the Continental Army armed with bows.

P. S. You don't "fire" an arrow. You shoot it.

I think that there may be a LOT of video editing that went on in this piece. It looks like an awesome amount of skill may have been involved in both the shooting and filming...maybe. I also think he may need a history lesson, or two. I don't believe everything I see.
