"Skipping Over the Shooting at FRC."
Somebody asked me yesterday why I thought the shooter brought along 15 Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, since he hated the company so much. Why were the sandwiches important to him? "Death Cards," I guessed. "If he had been successful and had time, he probably was going to pose his victims with sandwiches stuffed in their dead mouths."

Bingo.
My first thought, seconds after hearing he had them in his backpack.
And, thank God for the WWW, as this would have been hushed up by the MSM, otherwise. They tried, bless their shriveled, tiny, jerky-like hearts.
Frankly, I'll never work a job where I can't carry concealed, again, just because of incidents like this one.
Absolutely correct.
Absolutely correct! It is blatantly obvious now.
Once again Mike you're on top of it.
I wonder what the tin hat at SPLC will say in response to this. Too busy changing his shorts....
They're getting all fancy on us, now, these libtards. Watch your 6, guys. And read some Jeff Cooper for instructions.
Maybe he was hungry.
It's very clear that they are actually targeting us now, down to the publishing of the hate map.
It is time to return the favor with names, faces, addresses, everything.
It's about time Potok got a taste of his own medicine.. hope it puts a big dent in his purse.

The Southern Preposterous Lie Center calling a Christian group a "hate" group is like Lucifer calling the archangels a "hate" group.
My theory is that he was attempting to gain access to upper management using the ruse that he was bringing lunch in from Chik-Fil-A.
Kudos and prayers to the brave and vigilant security guards who stopped him at entry and drew his fire.
They were either A; death cards, or B; Plan "A"...
I disagree. They were part of his "intern" act he was using to get by the security guard, methinks.
Now, when I go to Chick-fil-A, I save the paper bag. I think Chick-fil-A bags could become useful one day. I may take them and leave them in the polling booth after I vote.
To Anon @1826 17AUG12, I was Anon @1734 17AUG12 - It's possible that they were part of his ruse, It's also just as possible that these sammiches were his Plan "A" ie: Gain entry and confidence, serve the FRC personnel chemically or biologically contaminated lunch, and at whatever time later, have 15 or however many people fall ill or drop dead of poisoning. Any LE agency worth a damn will test that food for contamination.
Anon 1231, that's a good point. I hope they do test for contaminants, either poison or glass or...
What IF the shooter shot himself in the foot, so to speak, by letting his anger get the better of him? What if his anger made the episode end sooner than planned and saved the lives of fifteen people?
That would be a good thing.
He probably just couldn't bring himself to simple murder all those people. There is a physiological effect that happens to all normal humans upon actually taking a human beings life at so close range and unless you are trained to know these effects and shoot anyway, like a police office or a soldier, then you have a better chance on just not actually doing it. If killing was so easy there would be a lot more of it. It is not a natural thing for normal humans to engage in. Killing efficiently needs to be learned. For that there is the modern boot camp. Prior to the Vietnam war, the shooting/engaging rates for soldiers was less then 30%. Most people just can't bring themselves to kill another human being. It's hard wired in our DNA or something but it is a fact. Read "On Killing" by Grossman. Very interesting.
