How the elites protect themselves -- even in South Carolina.

How Lindsey Graham outmaneuvered the tea party

I believe that would be Sen. Lindsey Grahamnesty?

And please don't call him a RINO because he's not a conservative. One of the reasons we're in such bad shape is that we've allowed the GOP to parade around as conservatives when there's scant evidence of it being true. In fact some of the most bruising political fights in recent memory have been between those few real conservatives in the GOP and the party's "three-piece pin stripe suit with a pocket watch" country clubber establishment.

Fucking Politico is trying to call the ball game in the third inning with this piece of agitprop. It ain't over till it's over. Do not underestimate the vast swath of ill will running through the heart of South Carolina towards Lindsay Graham.

“Ideological people don’t give you a whole lot of money,” Graham said."

Shows what Graham's mind is on, rather obviously.

No mention of constituents, issues, or anything besides power plays and money.

Not quite sure if you were aware that RINO = Republican in name ONLY. So actually it is fitting. RINOS by definition are not conservative.
