Read the brief article and a few of the comments. I agree - good on the DA for not prosecuting. Sounds as if the DA took jury preemption and legal nullification into his own hands. Just because it's the "law" doesn't make it right or just. Laws can be made to say anything and prosecute anybody.
Having said that, with the FedGub IRS (and other) scandal(s) as their template, I wonder how, what and where the NY "authoritahs" will come at Mr Gregory Dean Jr. again.
