Dubs said...: Dan Amira points out key differences that suggest she did not, sadly, waive her 5th amendment right. It is not a trial where she can take the stand or not. She is required to appear. Congress is gathering information, not ruling on guilt or innocence.

Give her limited immunity and make her testify, perhaps it will lead to bigger fish. Then fire her and go after the others.
