I guess it's a good thing I don't have a private pilot's license.

Reading this reminds me of the story about Henry Bowman.

The time is at hand.

Very Little respect for a Pilot anymore. Been Waiting For This. Fortunately, there was not one Stressor from the ground-Based Tax-Suck Losers When I Had My Pilots Licence. I'd probably have Dropped A Typewriter or Fire Extinguisher Thru their Roof. Extending Sympathy for the Newbie Aviator...............Done.

Some people insist on being copsuckers, no matter how little respect the cops they encounter have for them or their rights:

"Although my adrenaline gets going when I think about this whole mess, and I can read the US Constitution, I have ENORMOUS respect for the rule of law and for the men and women who put their asses in harm's way to help assure my safety. That includes local, state, & federal law enforcement agents, as well as our military. The people who should answer for this crap are the cowardly bureaucrats who sent all those men, vehicles, airplanes, dogs, and guns out there - not the men dispatched to the scene."

Yeah, I really don't understand the deference the first story guy had for the law enforcement.
