Keeping Up With "Killer Tomato" Cass Sunstein
"Sure as I know anything, I know this - they will try again. Maybe on another world, maybe on this very ground swept clean. A year from now, ten? They'll swing back to the belief that they can make people... better. And I do not hold to that. . . I aim to misbehave." -- CPT Malcolm Reynolds, Serenity, 2005.
Long-time readers may recall my earlier posts on "Killer Tomato" Cass Sunstein. Now that he is out of the Obama administration, he is writing tyranny-justifying book reviews for the New York Times: It’s For Your Own Good!

This is truly some sorry-ass shit.

Love the title.
The title of the NY Times article referenced above was originally: "Lawmakers look at ban on high capacity bullet cartridges".
They caught their screw up and changed it before MV posted the link.
Perhaps Mr. Sunstein should STFU... after all, it's for his own good.
Can you say "projectile vomiting", Boys and Girls? I knew you could!

An interesting read.
With only a change in the name of the actors, this could easily describe the coming troubles.
He who fails to learn from history...
While Sunstein may be a red, the Obama admin is fundamentally not red, but Keynesian:

Soylant Green is people!!!!!!!!!!
"While Sunstein may be a red, the Obama admin is fundamentally not red, but Keynesian:"
Well that's utter bullshit because you have to fine tooth comb the administration to find a "liberal". They're all so far left it looks like a soviet may day parade over there!
Who are you trying to kid, over?
Unfortunately 'Malcolm Reynolds' is a fictional character. The 'actor' that played him is NOT our friend - or so his comments would lead us to believe.
The concept of 'misbehavin' is still a valid one though. Perhaps we ought to embrace the philosophy espoused by the 'Browncoats' - they were certainly not willing to acquiesce to a totalitarian government and neither should we.
"Mister Rogers drops acid":
"Hello, there, poison girls! Can you say 'Lysergic acid diethylamide?'
I didn't think so . . ."
Now the article is titled "Pro-Gun Lawmakers Are Open to Limits on Size of Magazines".
Welcome to 1984, where Oceania has ALWAYS been at war/peace with Eurasia.
"I aim to misbehave". Hmmm... time for another window war on a much larger scale? I think so. Time to get my wrist rocket and cast some .45 round balls.
