He must be doing something right. He's got all the right enemies.

Sen. Cruz is doing what he is supposed to - the Senate was never meant to be the good old boys club that it has turned into. That is why he is ruffling feathers - particularly the rinos.......

Unfortunately, it is the deeply ingrained "go-along-to-get-along" philosophy of cowards without conviction that has led our country to its current state. The article itself is the standard modus operandi of the left. Separate the offender from the herd and begin an intense campaign of character assassination.
The ignorant masses respond only to the incessant repetition of lies and misinformation, ensuring the offender is expelled from the herd. Rinse and repeat - the cycle of ignorance continues.

I didn't even finish the NYT article;don't dig NYT. I am a Coloradan but gave money to Ted Cruz campaign. But I watched the Hagel hearing and was disappointed. Is he too going to get himself beholding to the 'wrong' people? I guess there's no way around it.I didn't like this rather sickening display among the gang. We have the best government that money can buy. Mark Twain.

I don't suppose that we should bring up the fact that McCarthy was proven right and that the two Bimbo Dem wits are saying that the truth is not wanted.

While it is good that we stopped Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst from buying the election, the down side is that Dewhurst is still in Texas, still Lt. Gov. and still leading the mentally challenged Rick Perry around like a little puppy dog.

So, still alot of work to do in Texas.

Now if we can just get rid of John Cornyn, who doesn't believe defense against tryranny is a "legitimate purpose" of the Second Amendment.

That being said, Cruz is performing as advertized. Glad I supported him at the Texas Republican Convention. Finally an honest politician.

Ripley: These people are here to protect you. They're soldiers.

Newt: It won't make any difference.

We need more like Cruz and Rand Paul. Time to shake things up and get rid of the deadwood.
