re: Request for guidance on historical records search.
Dear Sir,
My name is Mike Vanderboegh. I am, among other things, a citizen journalist who (with my friend David Codrea) broke the story of the Fast and Furious arms scandal on the Internet in December 2010. We were also responsible for linking up the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms whistleblowers in that case with the offices of Senators Jeff Sessions of Alabama and Charles Grassley of Iowa, as well as with Sharyl Attkisson of CBS News. In that and other scandals involving the ATF and the Federal Bureau of Investigation I have developed numerous sources within the federal law enforcement and intelligence agency bureaucracies.
Some of these sources now confirm my suspicions that Michael Lawlor, currently Under Secretary of the State of Connecticut heading the Office of Policy and Management, Criminal Justice Policy and Planning Division in Hartford was the subject of an investigation by the KGB of the former Soviet Union with a view to making him a Soviet asset in the United States during the Cold War.
While the young Mr. Lawlor was at the University of Connecticut, he participated in language studies in 1977 at Moscow and Leningrad. He then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Soviet Area Studies from the University of London in 1981 at a time when that and other British universities were prime recruiting grounds for KGB "political warfare" assets. He subsequently received a Fulbright-Hays Scholarship to study economic reform in Hungary in 1982." Shortly afterward, he decided to change course and become, in quick succession, a lawyer, a public prosecutor and then a Democrat Party politician in Connecticut.
As such, he was a prime target for KGB recruitment and my sources indicate that both the FBI and the Central Intelligence Agency believed so as well. Toward the end of law school he applied for a job at the CIA and was turned down.
I am writing you to ask your guidance on what it takes to initiate an historical records search of the KGB archives relevant to those records which are certainly extant on Mr. Lawlor. I and other journalists will be filing Freedom of Information Act requests regarding Mr. Lawlor with both the FBI and the CIA, but we have no experience in seeking records now under the authority of your FSB. Please have one of your subordinates contact me if you can help assist me in any way.
Thank you very much for your kind attention to this matter. I am sending a hard copy of this letter for the record by United States Postal Service. Please forgive the duplication.
Sincerely,
Mike Vanderboegh

It will be interesting to see what kind of an answer you get back -- if any.
Thanks, again, Mike, for the work you do.

Judging by the RT news I've seen, I would guess that Mike will get an answer he likes. It may even be the truth-
I think Mike Lawlor is going to need a colonoscopy bag since you just pounded a BIG SHARP STICK up his ass & then BROKE IT OFF. Do you think that he thought he could intimidate you? GOOD JOB!!
Given the current animosity between Putin and Obama and Lawlor being a Democrat, you may stand a better than even chance of cooperation. Los torpedoes.
The new defenders of Liberty ... the KGB!

Think Lawlor eats a Makarov over this?

Here is a suggestion. This is a great set of letters to send to Pravda.
They publish many pieces of journalism regarding the tyrannical and criminal nature of the federal government and it's actors involved in imposing Marxist dictatorship.
This piece is representative of the articles you can read there.
"America resembling anti-democratic regime - Russia's moment to lead"

They might be very interested in Mikes regards to the Russian consulate.
Speaking treason and Britain's hot bed of cold war sleeper agent recruitment, isn't Bill Clinton an Oxford Rhodes "scholar"?
All it would take is one particular file document from across the pond and a certain TARGET is going to be "retiring to spend more time with family" along with so many others bailing right now.
A most useful Russian docent set would be family friends acquaintances. Heck Mike, you might even get some choice PHOTOGRAPHS! By golly they might prove interesting.....
In today's climate, I would think that they may respond. The Kenyan is so weak (and gaylike) that they might. It will be like another poke in his eye with a sharp stick.
Mike, I'd be surprised if you got an answer to your Russian Consulate letter. Except for the brief thaw after the collapse of the USSR, in Russia what's secret stays secret, unless there is an important State reason for making it public. Unlike Yeltsin, Putin is an old Chekist and most likely views former Soviet assets as potential present-day Russian assets. Nevertheless, good luck and I hope you get an *informative* answer.
4th Generation warfare indeed, notwithstanding a healthy dose of Unintended Consequences. If that doesn't make this schmuck's head explode..nothing will. Fantastic Mike.
Ya know, now that I think about it, having just read that the traitorous Michigan Senator Mike Rogers is an "ex" FBI agent,(who someone claimed he still is), it got me to thinking.
I wonder if anyone in our Congress is actually a CIA agent?? Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.
My guess is that a KGB asset, is an FSB asset.
I have been wrong before but I think I'm on firm ground here.
Beautiful. Just beautiful.
Superb! I hope you get a positive response to your very reasonable request. Inquiring minds want to know.
Two words for you Mike: "BRAVO ZULU!"
followed by two more.
"Get some!"
Please let me know if I can help.
You crack me up. Lawlor must be spitting mad. Hissy fit even!
