Obama's "Choice for the Condemned."

Economic suicide by debt or taxes.

Remember, debt repudiation comes at the muzzles of many rifles.

Well, Lenin did say, "The way to crush the bourgeoisie is to grind them between the millstones of taxation and inflation."

The essential point is that inflation is also a tax, and the most regressive tax at that. So much for helping the poor.

So...how do we stop him from destroying America with so many cheering the ObotOne on?

If this was 1850, I would go west. But there is nowhere to run, nowhere hide. We can only stand and fight. The forces of Mordor are many and powerful beyond what we are granted to defend ourselves. I work day and night confronting lies and half truthes of the demo-rat machine. Seemingly to no avail.

Surrender is not an option.

So on with the political fight...

Now, if there was just one good guy in politics we could count on, but good guys don't do politics...

This is why Nov 2nd is so important. All this spending is designed to pay off their friends and supporters but also to force us into a situation where the ONLY alternative is a national sales/VAT tax. Do not elect big spenders and "social justice" candidates. We need true conservative politicians who will cut the federal government and cut the welfare state. The good news is the same philosophy that demands economic sanity also favors constitutional government. And don't forget Obama is in the process of stacking the Supremen Court. Do you really think your 2nd amendment rights are safe?

VAT will be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

Get ready kids. This is where things will really get fun.

OMG! You mean we're not going to be able to continue being the world's piggy bank, the world's 9-1-1, or the world's policeman?

Drat! ;-)

All presidents spend with abandon. Even the sainted Reagan did it. In fact a theory of his spending was that government would go broke and so not be able to support welfare.

Look at the bright side of Obama. At least he's driving this country into the abyss as quickly as possible, rather than prolonging the pain unnecessarily. There can be no recovery for America, except via secession, so that's a good thing. When seppuku is the only thing on the agenda, might as well get it over quickly.

An appropriate thought for the season:

The reason behind Cinco de Mayo needs to be impressed upon O'bobblehead and our Republicratic legislature. The French were in Mexico in 1862 because the Mexicans refused pay their bills.

Was the third way the looser in the cold war?

The third wayers could only afford their Ponzi schemes because marxists were busy preventing any competition from cheaper countries.

Now that India, China, vietnam etc are only paying lip service to Marx while free market capitalism expands in those places, Third way regimes are finding Bismark's Ponzi schemes un-affordable.

Leftists were quick to claim the end of the free market when the banks fell, but they've been predicting it since before Marx' time. Me thinks this could be the dying gasps of the third way.

As usual, Baz is an excellent recruiting sergent for small "l" libertarianism.

If the third way is standing on a top floor window sill above wall street, I'd be in the crowd below shouting "Go on, Jump you bas***d!"

We ARE the piggy bank.
ONE TRILLION DOLLARS open at the Fed's window starting this last Sunday night. It's for the EU, and more specifically, the land of Olympus.

We are bailing out THEIR government and private union members on the backs of our progeny.

A DAMNED shame.

RE: Greece's debts;
For one trillion US $$$, why don't we just BUY the country outright, and make it into a Med vacation destination for Americans? Fly over, show your passport, and stay anywhere for nominal (cheap) rates. Anyone else non-American pays the outrageous tourist rates.
