Will try to post some links this am from the hotel where American Airlines put me up last night. This has been a most productive trip, accidents of the journey notwithstanding (including a broken tooth that I did to myself).
LATER: Well, the hotel computer is not cooperating with cut and paste so I'll have to wait until I'm home.

This is not related to this posting, but I just heard Ann Coulter describe the SPLC as "America's greatest hate group".
Hooray for Ann Coulter. She is a master of being succinct and correct! She is also very nice eye candy!

I would strongly suggest that you get and use a "pendrive" to set up a secure, portable computer "system" that you can carry with you and use whenever you're stuck somewhere, so you don't have to rely on a hotel's largesse. It also avoids problems of leaving "tracks" behind on such public computers. there are two options that I, as a mere user, know about--a full, stand-alone linux operating system, with your key apps, like browser and word processing, on a bootable usb "pendrive" or a usb drive with portable versions of your key apps installed on it that would run on virtually any windows machine. Just search each option and see which one you think will work better for you, then you can determine how many and what size usb drives you need. I have both--a "puppy linux" pendrive and a regular windows-formatted usb drive with portable versions of key programs I use. Then, you shouldn't have the problem of not being able to cut and paste or the like.
