America's would-be tyrants will discover to their terminal surprise and eternal sorrow that the rule of law as crafted by the Founders protects THEM from us far more than it protects US from them. -- Mike Vanderboegh.
So here you go folks -- if the Congress will not immediately impeach, and you know they won't, then they're going along with it. And that means that there is not just a lawless President in Washington DC there are 536 lawless individuals and their minions comprising the entirety of the executive and legislative branches that have decided that THERE IS NO MORE RULE OF LAW IN AMERICA.

"If the president gets to choose which laws he enforces, does that me we get to choose which laws we follow?"
This is what happens when the rule of law breaks down.
You really have to include the 9 Nazguls and all of their minions as well.
To be accurate, it has to include every single politician at every level all over the country. Their goals and methods might SEEM a little different, but at the bottom you'll find the one true ring:
Control. That's all they really want, and they'll do or say anything to get it.
What I can't understand is why anyone who doesn't want to control others, and doesn't want to be controlled, still believes there is anything else going on.
I just have to love a mind that can create such a classic piece of work that so clearly states our present moment. Snake Eyes.
The Myth of the Rule of Law
It would take 67 votes in the Senate to remove Obama from office. The Votes are not there. Not even close. I believe that there will be a lot of hot air but little action.
The next president will also rule by decree.

They just changed a little two-letter word.
Out: Rule *of* Law
In: Rule *by* Law
Harp claims "the votes are not there".
Well Harp, I'm glad you are the whip and know the voters intention AND that their intent holds when forced to actually CAST that vote.
IMPEACH the usurper and send that long train of abuses list over to the senate and FORCE them ALL - parties aside- to CAST THAT VOTE.
YOU SEE, homie, even democrats are seeing they themselves are sinking in Barry's wake of destruction.
If the Republicans won't force the vote then they are guilty too. Enough is enough. It's time to put OUR government ON THE RECORD for ALL HISTORY to bear witness.
The next "president" will be a "Republican". He will be overwhelmingly voted into office. He will rule by decree and he will rule for "life". "Constitutional Government" ended with the passage of the patriot act. If you believe anything else, it is your excuse for not rising up and hanging the bastard scum in DC
I have finely learned after 60 years that the only vote that counts in this country any more is the one that comes out of the end of a rifle. The president craps on our constitution and our representatives stand around and say well there's nothing we can do about it. As far as I'm concerned we have just crossed the point of no return!
Constitutional government was gone long before the patriot act you fool. It was replaced by a corporate entity "CHOSEN" by the people "democratically".
The instant the 16th and 17th were ratified, it was over (technically it was over prior as a result of judicial fiat that far surpassed the overstepping by the current usurper in the Oval Office).
First, nine locked arms to usurp power not afforded it. Then the "masses" of elected legislators joined them - leaving a singular entity to run rampant. They set term limits to APPEAR to remove the tyrant position created by judicial chicanery but systemically it failed. This because the vast majority of corporate gov is on auto pilot -as demonstrated by "shut downs" that don't shut anything down.
Nice "blame bush" try there ha paid troll - but the patriot act is actually a symptom and only one of very many (most far more serious).
"corpgov" oligarchists will come to the same end as the commie whores taking their money. the cowardly bully boy LEOs know far better than their masters than to start something that will be "finished" in a manner not at all like what they envisioned: some of them bully boys saw what a bunch of rag tag ragheads are doing to the "mighty" forces of empire "over there". ha ha. keep in touch with your urban warrior friends for safe house etc.
Anyone who doubts that there is no longer any rule of law in the fUSA (former USA) need only ask himself why James Clapper has not been charged with perjury for lying through his teeth to Congress about the NSA collecting data from American citizens. Prior to his testimony Clapper had been given time to review the questions he would be asked and prepare answers, so he cannot claim to have been taken by surprise. And if he had not felt legally comfortable answering the question in an open forum, he could have simply stated so. The fact is that he chose to LIE, and he remains not only uncharged, but unfired.
This is just one example. Think of all the incidents of blatant police wrongdoing captured on video. How many are punished beyond the occasional firing? How many are punished to the same extent any private citizen would be for the same offense?
The US government has never been totally faithful to the letter or the spirit of the Constitution, but the government's transgressions have been getting increasingly systematic and brazen. The "War on Drugs" was what got this ball rolling; we can thank all the authoritarian idiots among the population for supporting that power grab. (God forbid someone should get high in a manner not approved by government! Did you actually think that you owned your own body and had a right to do as you wished with it in private?) That was the beginning of the end for due process, as cops started using civil asset forfeiture to take property without any court proceedings, charges, or even arrests.
Next came the "War on Terror." Now it isn't just your property that the government claims the right to take from you. Now it claims the right to take your freedom from you, and even your life, without due process. And it's not as if the "War on Drugs" ever ended, so we get to deal with BOTH of these wars on our freedom.
