Dry fire training every day for a few minutes does help and very cheap. Use a snap cap in rifle or pistol made from empty case and paint red. Good training for kids and adults alike.
He makes goof points, but his misuse of terms is a bit distracting. Depth of Field is NOT the same thing as Depth Perception. Since we are concerned about BOTH depth of field AND depth perception in shooting, PLEASE know the difference.
Also I believe he said that with our two eye we have "monocular vision". Please. -- Lyle

Depth perception, that's why we have two eyes. Brain trig.
