I used to live in Bay Ridge and am familiar with Lowen's Pharmacy; didn't know they were steroid dealers though. Really explains a lot on why these cops are acting the way they are. They should get the same jail time the system would give to anyone else caught with an illegal substance. I'm sure they'll make quick friends in general population...
So a LEO using such illegal substance pulls John Q. Citizen over for DUI. Who pays a penalty? Our world will never be perfect, but this is a good example of how we became a cesspool.

The first poster has it all wrong....
What needs to happen is to legalize all illicit drugs in the first place.
One of the major reasons cops are out of control and militarizing is due to the abridgements of freedom caused by the failed War on Drugs.
The solution is less laws, not more which even more power to LE.
