The wages of hoplophobia.

Should have gotten more...and should have gotten judgements against those who reported him.

This incident made national news. $25,000 is chump change in compensation. Plus, the city admits no wrong doing? Bullshit!

I would take 2 cents in compensation provided the city admitted in writing in the court record, to remain unsealed in perpetuity, its wrongdoing, with specificity.

Of course, that is a pipe dream. The city never has to admit fault as long as it can evade the problem using other people's money.

While I acknowledge that open carry is totally legal in many jurisctions, this is a damn fine illustration of why it's not a good idea in some cases.
For God's sake, you dipshit, it's a WEEK after the Aurora theatre shooting, people are on edge about the gun issue(again!) and you decide it's a great idea to openly tote your gun into another theatre????
You want to open carry, fine. But if you're not willing to understand most people are not comfortable around guns when carried by anyone other than cops and soldiers AND you're not able to use a little common sense, well I don't have much sympathy for you.
Damn lawyer probably took half that check, too.

Open carry is just asking for trouble. Here in Arizona we have always had open carry. Most people worn guns concealed, its better that way. The only time I want someone to see my weapon is when they are threatening me. There are good
holsters to carry concealed.

You want to speak openly, fine. But if you're not willing to understand most people are not comfortable around words when spoken by anyone other than cops and soldiers AND you're not able to use a little common sense, well I don't have much sympathy for you.

Does it make sense now?
No?
That should tell you how silly your "argument" really is. See, the Second Amendment is no different than the First. That's the POINT of enumerating them SPECIFICALLY one right after the other.

This isn't too tough to understand when ADMITTING TRUTH.
