Let me just say that the Friesen Case, is proving to be an example of what I had thought an impossibility but now accept as fact.
One cannot trust that one will receive fairness or justice at the federal level anymore. It is clear that this is not what they are engaged in or promoting, in fact it is very much the opposite and it would appear they no one, other than any defendant, has any interest in those principles.
Clearly, there is no rule of law anymore and those who claim that there is are either ignorant, as I was, or willful liars and evil people.
