Sayonara, sweetheart. (And you know who you are.)

Do you love it?
Do you hate it?
There it is,
the way you made it.

I've never seen this movie. Now I want to.

It's much better than the TV show, Taylor. The only actor in both is Radar O'Reilly there.

One of the true classics.
Not at all like the TV show, though that was pretty good in and of itself, if a bit PC.

Hate when you do this...

RE the TV series - Alan Alda was always too smarmy to compare with Sutherland as Hawkeye. Movie captured the grit of combat theater.

RE the overall theme of this post, as my old Grendvater used to say -
VTF?????

It WAS a good movie & it was better than the series, although I liked the show a lot.

How long are we going to be in suspense over the identity of the sweetheart to whom you said "Sayonara?"

Inquiring minds want to know.

You're being cryptic, again, Mike. Stop it, just stop it! Give us the praxis, that we may spread the word.

Guessing blindly in the dark: Teresa Ficaretta?

Or our host could be just doing it to mess with the other side's minds. Sort of like setting up a numbers station which is just broadcasting randomly generated number sequences, and no actual codes.

Word Verification: Bathses. What Gollum doesn't take since he found his Precious...

That would have been my guess if I could have recalled her name, though there was an AAF who stepped on a lot of digits (fingers, toes, and ?) who doesn't deserve to carry a badge and who ought to get the boot. She won't likely, affirmative action and all being the law of the land.
