No man stands as tall as one that reaches down, to help a boy up. The sick and the lame, the not quite perfect, the ones that didn't get what everyone else takes for granted, these are all our children too. If the Grace of G*d is extended to us, the healthy and able, He's showing us how to extend it to others who need it too. The physically handicapped should be able to at least get to try and do what they can. In one second, we could be in their shoes. Ask anyone that has had that happen to them, and they'll tell you. It happened to me.
As a disabled individual, as a crippled up middle aged gun rights advocate, I'd sure love to have that little peckerwood try to explain why it is his place to decide whether I retain my inalienable rights or not. So I suppose that Mike would be fine with the idea that me, or hey how about Kurt, is somehow empowered to decide that Mike is just too mentally unstable to speak, to assemble and to petition. See, his attitude that individual rights are something for the collective to decide is the sword that slays his own drive.
This Mike character attacking individual rights is just another court jester who thinks he gets to keep all his rights, that his own curtailing of rights themselves will never affect him - he takes the rights for me but not for thee idiocy. Nothing new under the sun there. Just another troll proclaiming their intelligence as they demonstrate a lack of it.
It depends heavily on the nature of the disability. If a person has something like, essential tremors, then I wouldn't want him to be pointing a gun in my direction because it increases the likelihood that instead of hitting and killing the guy robbing me, that he'd hit and kill me instead when his hands are shaking uncontrollably. If he has a severe vision problem that even Coke bottle eyeglasses can't fully correct, I don't want him pointing a gun in my direction either because the blurry figure that he hits and kills might be me. Now if someone is in a wheelchair, but has no issues with his eyes or hands that would detract from his accuracy, I have no problem with him having a gun.

Without light, you can't see darkness. Without goodness, you can't see evil.
The lumpies of the world, I leave to God.

Not sure, but isn't MikeB from Italy, or some other pumpkin country?
