Lies in the Sand: A Look Behind The Alamo Gun Rally Interesting that this collectivist harpy didn't manage to cover my speech linking the Deacons for Defense and Justice and the civil rights movement of the 60s to today's firearm rights movement and how the Constitution extends to everyone regardless of race, creed, color and religion. Accidental omission?

How many "Moms Demand Action" participants showed up to counter demonstrate? Where can I purchase an Ak-15? I thought I was pretty well versed on guns, of all types, but with all the new stuff becoming available, I must have missed this one. Why is it, that only left-wing reporters, journalists, FBI/Homies, cite the Southern Poverty Law Center as being reliable/credible? This inquiring mind wants to know.
Two nations living within a common border. Will we learn to "live & let live", fight to the death, or someting in between. Stay tuned, Folks!
But one thing is as plain as the bias in this woman's article, she's no fan of RKBA.
Some of the comments over there are truly moronic. And Leslie Kelly, the author of that very omissive piece of tripe, has no idea what the word "venal" means.
Yeah, Ak-15. I hope sugar britches will get back to me about that, right after she tries to insert 7.62X39 ammo into an AR-15, or whatever. She spent most of the article conflating what happened in SA with the KKK, skinheads, Neo-Nazis, who of course WEREN'T THERE, with the usual references to the SLPC, and the DANGER she felt was there, where, no shots were fired, no one assaulted anyone, there were no injuries, and not even much harsh language (Ayeee, Alex Jones, carumba) and not even any violent or heated exchanges with the police, demonstrators, or the curious. She whined so hard for something evil to either appear, or be some how associated with the actual people there, but alack and alas, nothing materialized except her solopistic, pre-conceived notion that some how, evil was lurking and aborning in the hearts of the whole bunch, and on its way to the nearest nursery school to do its hideous work. Reminds me of a dead aunt, who shrieked in horror at me picking up a broken glass, that I would surely be CUT! I wasn't, but I did see why aunts are not usually Marine Corps drill instructors. Life takes a little courage to really live it, and the collectivists are always short of it. And facts mean nothing to them.
Appropriately named article. 'Nuff said.
Some rather 'interesting' comments - especially from the obvious hoplophobes.
One quick question for the totally unbiased 'author' - regarding the 'arrest' at Starbucks, WHY were they cited for 'disorderly conduct' and NOT for violating the city's open carry ordinance?
Regarding her article, lots of innuendo and misleading personal commentary.............not the facts that some of the commenters claim.
Sounds like the authoress had her mind made up before she visited the rally, and was disappointed that there was no violence, families were apparently there, and a few folks had clothing on that she did not expect. The "Moms'" group and SPLC references indicate where she got her preconceived information. I have no idea who Alex Jones is, as he does not appear on the radio where I live. All in all, a biased article, much ado about nothing. Folks like this are afraid to read web sites in depth, cannot properly identify objects people carried, and moan about groups who were not even present. This kind of "reporting" is not factual, though it pretends to be.
I can't believe I just wasted FIVE minutes trying to read that crap.
That's FIVE minutes of my life that I can never get back .... :)
Good job in San Antonio, Mike.
