We will control the horizontal. We will control the vertical.

There is nothing wrong with your television set. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. We are controlling transmission. If we wish to make it louder, we will bring up the volume. If we wish to make it softer, we will tune it to a whisper. We will control the horizontal. We will control the vertical. We can roll the image, make it flutter. We can change the focus to a soft blur or sharpen it to crystal clarity. For the next hour, sit quietly and we will control all that you see and hear. We repeat: there is nothing wrong with your television set. You are about to participate in a great adventure. You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the inner mind to – The Outer Limits.
"The Headquarters, United States Special Operations Command (HQ USSOCOM) is seeking sources to provide a radio broadcast system capable of searching for and acquiring every AM and FM radio station in a specific area and then broadcasting a message(s) in the target area on all acquired AM and FM radio station frequencies."

This is it. I've sent this URL to my congresscritter with a demand to know the name of the Federal employee who came up with this totalitarian idea. Although, this idea has been around for as long as broadcasting has been used, for the US Government to actually ask for private enterprise to show the means, is living proof of what these psychopaths have in mind. Orwell was right.

And I'll put a hole right where they cross.

I remember the outer Limits from when I was a little kid. It is on during the wee hours of the morning here in Dallas. The Twilight Zone was too spooky for me.
Today the U.S. Gov't is too spooky for me.

This could be the real Talk Radio Killer. Of course it will be introduced in the name of Amber Alerts and Tornado Warnings, and then used for Dear Leader diatribes. "You don't wanna hear nobody else, now do you citizen?"
