PayPal Restored. Apparently somebody told them I was running a lottery. Or something.

Earlier today, I received a phone call. Then I received this:
Hello Mike Vanderboegh,
Our review is complete and we have restored your account.
We appreciate your patience and thank you for your help in making PayPal the safest and most trusted online payment solution.
Please note that your use of PayPal must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Our policy includes a restriction on activities that involve an entry fee and a prize, such as raffles, drawings or lotteries.
Sincerely,
Lindsey

What's the prize? Winner gets a free audit from the IRS?

W-T-F!! Who at PayPal cares if you're running a contest or a raffle, just so long as they get their 3% cut. You'd think they'd want to have even MORE transactions.
I've heard so many horror stories on PayPal's arbitrary policies, I use them seldom, and only when pushed to reluctant necessity.

Indeed... have you looked into gun-pal? Pay-pal will not process gun transactions, last I heard.

I don't use pay-pal.

Sorry, Mamma Liberty, but I just did a quick search on Gun-Pal and found several links to possible problems including this one http://tinyurl.com/gunpal (URL reduced to make sure it displayed) at Robert Farago's " The Truth About Guns" blog questioning whether Gun Pal might not be a Ponzi Scheme. It also listed all the problems some other references listed.
