I trust Issa, et al. will still pepper him with questions at the hearing. It will make some great TV.

I don't much care about 'great tv'

what I DO care about is his prosecution for EVERY firearm that walked as well as the prosecution for negligence in the murder of Brian Terry.
No get out of jail free card, no government discount.

The BATF and the rest of federal law enforcement has been lying to and about America's citizens. We've been set up, jailed and killed over laws that they ignore when it suits them.
Americans are done with that and the BATF is no longer welcome to do as they see fit.
Many Americans will resist with force of arms because we're not going to die for laws that they obey on a whim.

What a scumbag. I wonder how all the street level agents of the various DOJ depts. feel. I imagine that there are still a fair number of horiuchi's but I'm sure the average agent knows how wrong all this shit is. It' time they stood up en masse. Doing the right thing is good, for the conscience and the soul. Worst comes to worse, I'm sure a number of police agencies would be happy to pick up an honest ex-fed.
