Finally: "Grenade lobbed in baby's crib, now cop indicted."

A former sheriff’s deputy has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of providing false information to a magistrate judge in order to obtain no-knock warrants that led to a near fatal SWAT raid. The Habersham County, Georgia Sheriff’s Office conducted the raid on a house in Cornelia where a 18-month-old boy was severely burned by a flashbang grenade thrown into his playpen, leaving him with severe burns on his face and chest that required months of painful surgeries.

The pictures that I have seen of the victim show much more than burns. This child's face and body were mutilated from the percussion grenade that landed on him! Now let us see if the jury can put this pig in jail where he belongs.

EVERYONE, involved in that "B/S LE look at me event" should do time. The Lying POS that promoted the no knock needs one behind the ear. If I was on the jury an the father killed him in front of the court house with 500 wits he would walk. Jury nullification needs to be used to stop this kind of B/S. Some LEO's are out of control in this country.

so will this c%*nt be eligible for the death penalty under a "deprivation of Rights" conviction, or would the mutilated child have to have died ???

Amen to all of the above. Was just lamenting this case yesterday. Good to see the *potential* for some semblance of justice to be done.
