Black Robed Traitor to the Constitution appointed by Dubya upholds CO Intolerable Act.

Federal judge upholds Colorado's new gun-control laws. Of course she's a Dubya appointee.

If you don't like the rulings of a Republican-appointed judge, then, by all means, I think you should changeover and start voting for Democrats. Maybe you'll like their judges' rulings better.

Who cares? Is anyone actually following these "laws"? Anywhere? If so, then they are foolish. Expect the gov't to come to the rescue? Ha! More foolish thinking.

And that's what happens when you put a "compassionate conservative" in the drivers seat. But give us a break, dude. It was either him or, (God forbid), Al fucking Gore.

The lesser of two evils is still evil.
Voting for the lesser of two evils is voting for evil.

Old graybeard, you go ahead and rationalize it all you want to, but please understand that you can keep your mark Kirk "Republican" garbage and your Democrat elected Thad's. I'd rather see many many more Democrats win elections rather than see democrats win with an ( R) behind their names. Then, democrats will actually be blamed for the idiocy they impose.

ENOUGH of this foolishness that folks gotta vote for this cat because the other person is sooooo much worse. If that's the best case you can make then the only thing truly existing is a situation where the candidate you are supporting hasn't got anything better to run on. In essence, you are voting for the Obama platform - look over there, look over there!

Then it was him or John (look at all my medals) Kerry. Hero of Hanoi.

I'm sort of with Robert Fowler here.

2000 was the first time I voted in November for a Republican presidential candidate who wasn't Reagan, and it will probably be the last.

In 2000, I voted for Dubya mainly because he wasn't John Snidley McLame.
Same year, I voted for him because he wasn't Alfie Gore.

But after unPatriotic Act, TSA, DHS, I wouldn't vote to re-elect Dubya even in an attempt to keep John Freaking Kerry out of the White House.
Pretty much voted a Libertarian straight ticket in 2004. Voted in the R primary mainly to vote against all the incumbents.

I do vote for Rs pretty often in other races, but like I told my R representative in Congress, if an R dominated House passes an illegal alien incentive package I'll never again vote for an R for as long as the GOP lives, which won't be very long.

Logic wins the day every time over emotion! I repeat: A vote for ANY third party is exactly the same as a vote for a damned Democrat. To think otherwise in a two-party system is to use your head for a hat rack rather than using your brain to know the facts and think.
Again, votes for Ross Perot got us Bill Clinton.

Sounds to me like Colorado is a test grounds for Oath Keeping. In other words, some sheriffs may now get to decide they will refuse to arrest anyone for those unconstitutional laws. And maybe, if they really want to make a statement, arrest anyone else who attempts to enforce the unconstitutional laws.

To take the idea of voting to its proper conclusion...

"The lesser of two evils is still evil.
Voting for the lesser of two evils is voting for evil."

You do not vote for evil.
You do not try to reason with evil.
You do not try to apease evil.
You drive a stake through its heart. You cut off its head. You burn the the corpse till nothing but ash remains. You scatter those ashes to the winds.
