Obama doesn't touch anything his administration does. He's always out campaigning for something when stuff happens. So it's always some "rogue underling" who takes the fall.

Excellent article. I was shocked at the number of commenters though, who rationalized centralized power. Perhaps they get paid to say that.
It will all shake out in the revolution, which is inevitable. Ain't no reforming our way out of this problem.
