It's called "plausible deniability", Folks.

Like Dr. Frank Burns in "Mash", taking credit for the good stuff but saying all the bad stuff is God's will.

Obama doesn't touch anything his administration does. He's always out campaigning for something when stuff happens. So it's always some "rogue underling" who takes the fall.

This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible.
