Anonymous said...: If this clown likes background checks he should move to Illinois. Some how we ended up with a universal background checks law and no one want to fess up on how we got it.

Some people are saying its voluntary but with out running a background check the seller is liable if the gun is miss-used.

I have a feeling the NRA/ISRA cut a deal to get a preemption agreement in the CC bill and the price we paid was universal background checks. If thats true we paid to high a price for CC in Illinois!; August 25, 2013 at 1:09 PM
