Can you please explain how a voting pole tax is unconstitutional but an NFA tax on an inalienable right is? What other rights get a direct tax and require pre-approved permission to exercise, Oh, try and exercise that right with out that permission slip and your Rights earn you a felony... For exercising your rights.
You have no freedom, you are free to do as you are told or pay the price. ALL your rights that have REAL power to resist tyranny are actually limited.
I defy you to take what little I still have, enough already.
Stephen has courage and moral character. Challenging the "machine gun cartel" is not undertaken lightly, not planned without resources.
I wish him well and hope he prevails for his client. Their victory will be personal. The greater victory will be ours to share and enjoy as long as it lasts.
This should prove interesting!

Donald Trump: ‘Hillary Clinton Wants to Take Your Guns’
During a May 7 speech in Lynden, Washington, presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump looked at the audience and said, “Hillary Clinton wants to take your guns.”
Trump stressed that Clinton’s plan is not simply to pass more gun control but to “abolish the Second Amendment” altogether.
He said Clinton’s anti-gun positions are so extreme that she will even seek new controls on purchasing ammunition.

Okay, I'm ignorant on this, someone please educate me. Is there a specific purpose to this FOIA request? I'm missing the nuance, here. HELP!
I especially liked the "Warm regards" part at the end.
Like swatting a hornet's nest with a stick. This ought to piss them off.

In answer, there have been a number of rumors that the NFACTA has been acting as an instrument of ATF by filing, as "industry suggestions", ruling change requests that ATF writes. There has also been testimony in court by ATF that John Brown, when he was the president of the NFACTA was a confidential informant. See US vs Clark, ATF revealed that in the proceedings against Hal Goldstein.
