As I reported earlier in this post Doubling down on the Project Gunwalker cover-up. Getting rid of the witnesses & "Damn the dead Border Patrol agents, full speed ahead!" which I linked to this story, Bob Price reports.
News just in from the US Attorney's office in Phoenix about suspects in the US Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry's murder. In a statement from US Attorney's spokesman Robbie Sherwood, two suspects have already pled guilty pleas to charges of illegal entry and will be deported to Mexico. A third suspect is expected to do the same thing tomorrow.
The statement reads:
“Jesus Soria-Ruiz, Jose Angel-Camacho have entered, and tomorrow Francisco Rosario Camacho-Alameda is expected to enter, guilty pleas to illegal entry charges, and as a result, will be deported back to Mexico.
"Based upon an extensive investigation conducted to date, there is no evidence tying these three individuals to the shooting of Border Patrol (BP) Agent Brian Terry. The goal of the ongoing FBI-lead Joint Investigation into that shooting is to achieve justice for BP Agent Terry, and bring criminal charges against those responsible for this murder. We continue to devote significant resources and manpower to this investigation. This investigation is extremely active and progressing."
I have confirmed that as of a half hour ago, these three miscreants who may have vital testimony regarding the circumstances of Brian Terry's murder are still on U.S. soil in federal custody.
We need to DEMAND that they stay there until Senator Grassley's people have a chance to ask what they know about the circumstances of Terry's murder.
Light 'em up, folks. Telephones, email, faxes, the works. Get the word out. These coyotes need to stay where they are until competent authorities who aren't invested in the cover-up of "Project Gunwalker" can interrogate them.
LATER: David Codrea's take here.

They need to stay until this investigation is over.
Even with immunity to any charges other than the ones they plead guilty to.
Even in a 5-star hotel, eating fillet mignon and caviar. And well guarded against "escape" and/or "accidents".
There is more at stake here than merely getting the trigger-puller.
they'd be safer north of the border
"they'd be safer north of the border"
Amen, brother. Far safer. If they get back to Mexico, their own people will kill them, eat them, and make the ones still alive watch.
If there were a way to guarantee their safety, it would be a good thing, but if they're in federal custody, escape or accidents are a real possibility, and then all bets are off.
If they make it across the border they'll assume room temperature faster than you can say Vince Foster.
Sent another e-mail through Congress.Org to both Senators Cornyn and Hutchison and Congress Critter Blake Farenthold. Also sent to CBP Public Liaison. As I am unable to get meeting with Field Supervisor.

Right on Dennis308! I also sent an email to Cornyn, but didn't bother with Hutchison since she's AOL anyway, also hit my rep, Michael McCaul, again on this same issue.
Keep up the good work.

For WarriorClass:
Aren't AOL and AWOL the same thing these days? I mean, they DID just buy HuffPo for a bunch of money...
