A Threeper report on the "House Call" Rally yesterday

My thanks to Z for this report.

Mike,

I went to DC for the rather rapidly organized protest on the Crapper, er, I mean Capitol Steps yesterday. It was very informative on a few counts.

1) Despite there being very little publicity and little formal organization, it appears that there were about 20000-40000 people there. This is especially amazing in that it was the middle of the week and most of us found out about it Monday night.

2) After a few protests, we're getting pretty good at it, and more importantly, getting much hotter. On 15 April, we could barely muster a halfhearted "Enough is enough". Yesterday, a decent number of people around me were openly flipping off (yes, the 1 finger salute) the capitol in time to a song from the Who. Soon open tormenting of Queen Nancy appeared, with several chants of "We want Nancy" soon to be followed with several versions of "Nancy, will you come out and play?", all suitably mocking. The crowd was openly and highly angry, with frequent signs of rage. Very frequent were the angry calls of "Traitor" and "Treason". Next stop on the emotion meter, wrath! We will skip the odd chant here and there calling for a little firmer, more aggresive line in dealing with them, but be aware that the chants were there. Whether they were someone about to lose it, or if they were provacateurs, I don't know, but one way or another, I believe they represent an increase in the likelihood of an incident. Just a side note: Nancy looked scared after 9/12. She'll be terrified after this. I'd hate to think If I was her that I was the most hated person in America, next to Osama bin Laden.

3) The capitol police were very visible and very highly armed, carying M4's. They also appeared to me to be a little on edge, much more so than on 9/12.

4) Lastly, the leaders of the elephant party still don't get it. First, Michele Bachmann gets up and speaks, Fine, no problem. She organized the event, promoted the event, and most importantly, has taken a visible leadership role for the Constitution for some time now. Then the non-politicians spoke, i.e. John Voight, the postman from Cheers and a few others. No problem there as well. It then turned into a Republican campain stop, with every Republican from the House, getting up and giving the same useless boiler plate statement. The crowd started leaving at that point. I can see a lot of challanges to incumbants in 2010, if we make it that far. I'll give that a 20% chance that we make it that far.

Maybe it's time we started giving the members of the dead elephant society the one finger salute, too? Especially so when they are off course...

"People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their People." Looks like things might be moving back in the right direction in DC.

I was also there, this gentleman beat me to the mail I'd planned to send.

I kept fuming as each successive speaker droned on about "cost" and etc, to the point I finally yelled "IT'S THE **CONSTITUTION**, STUPID!" It's not about "health" or even "care" - it's about POWER! How many would dare speak against the regime knowing THEY get to decide whether you live or die?

I had a hard time concentrating on the speakers because I just couldn't stop focusing on some other things.

I counted 11 snipers on the roof of the end of the Capitol building nearest where I was standing. I found it hard as hell to listen knowing I was in someone's crosshairs.

I made a point of pointing this out to as many sheeple as possible: "You want to know what they think of you? Count the snipers on the roof right there."

What was truly amazing to me was the number -- all -- who reacted in total horror and hadn't even noticed them. Total "condition white."

There was a large part of the crowd who decided to go across the street to the Cannon/Rayburn/Etc buildings to visit their Reps' office. I didn't even try because... well... Let's just say I wasn't going to submit to the metal-detector and leave it at that... M-kay?

I had a seat on a low wall across the street and waited for the crowd to thin a bit.

While waiting, I saw some very interesting things...

First, an ambulance came screaming up the street. When it stopped, several very healthy-looking well-dressed men in black suits poured out of the back and hustled down the street. Best-dressed EMTs I ever saw, and "when did they start carrying their EMT gear inside their coats? If I didn't know better I'd think those were sub-machine guns!

They went down the block and into a well-guarded side-entrance into the building. In case my sarcasm is too thick this morning, these were SS or military men using an ambulance for "cover."

Next we saw several people bodily carried out of the building by the local jackboots, including a priest in-collar who had to have been pushing 90 years old. The crowd, naturally, was a bit unhappy about this.

What was especially striking was that these folks who were carried out were tossed into the back of the aforementioned ambulance - now surrounded by more uniformed thugs which had descended like insects on a fresh carcass.

After a bit, a half-dozen of the DC Jack-boots showed at the door, each carrying a dozen or more sets of zip-cuffs, and fanned out to block the entrance. Most of the sheeple headed off at this point - the thugs' intimidation tactics having done their job.

Continued from previous post

A few - apparently made of stouter-stuff - stayed to argue with them a bit, at which point I headed over to try to find out what was going on. What I heard did nothing to quell the rage I'd been building all day...

The priest and those carried out with him had apparently taken a copy of Princess Nancy's bill to her office and began shredding it. This led to their being charged with "littering" and the "criminals" who did the littering - politely refusing orders to leave - were bodily removed.

Best of all, the building was then declared "closed" -- because it was now "a crime scene." I wish I were kidding, but I swear upon everything I've ever considered holy that every single word is true, and happened just as I described.

The mention of the arrogant display of weapons is absolutely true, though the men I saw displaying them were utter morons... They were so utterly confident in their powers of intimidation that they possessed no tactical awareness whatsoever. I've successfully resisted the urge to say more on THIS topic...

In sum, I was stricken once again by the startling difference between us and the lefty-protesters... Once again there was not a single piece of trash to be seen anywhere, and the crowds were utterly polite to each other and the uniformed thugs as well.

Of course I continued to count the numbers of rooftop snipers all along the area until I finally quit in disgust.

I had a bit of a rough night, and still can't help pondering the fact that there were literally dozens of my countrymen were pointing rifles at us. I still wonder "what are these men thinking as they look down their barrel at a peaceful citizen seeking only to let his government know that he doesn't want what they're pushing?

If the street-level thugs are any indication, they wouldn't think twice about murdering anyone who dared question their authority...

OTOH, had even a fraction of the crowds present decided to storm the buildings ... well... 'nuff said.

I'm sickened and saddened by the whole thing...

Lastly, if you REALLY want to be sick, take a look at the huff-po article on "the 12 most offensive signs" they gleaned from their infiltration of the event, most especially the comments. The indignation displayed by those sewer dwellers is the least of their delusions - and these people VOTE, which removes the last of MY delusions that the ballot-box has much hope of solving any of our most pressing problems.

God help us, and God Save Our Republic!

They are playing by Serbian Rules, and are not sure which set of Rules we are playing by. Several parallel sets of situationally dynamic rules, I bet.

"Count the Rifles on the Rooftops to see how much they fear you"

Some of them are Oath Keepers, and perhaps sympathetic to threepers (on the QT). Would you count those as snipers or counter-snipers?

This is the problem with a police state: it's hard to tell who is absolutely trustworthy enough to kill physically harmless dissidents with bullhorns and signs on the steps of the Congress.

Uncertainty is all that they have.

The next step in the climb up the wall of fear is to build sandbag bunkers for the M2's on every corner and park some MRAP's and HMMV's nearby with snacks.

The problem of staff remains.

Anomymous 3 and 4...Did you notice the policeman on the steps viewing the crowd with binoculars? It seemed to me that he was pointing out several people, but I could be wrong. Also, shortly after the beginning of elephantitis, did you notice the guy with a carbine shuffling people off of the stairs and onto the balcony behind the stone rail? Did that correspond to some of the pointing actions that I think I noticed? I saw the swat truck coming in at about 1450. Was this due to the same incident you mentioned?

20% chance that we make it to the next election? You're such an optimist! I put it no higher than 5% at this point. These scum have waited and worked for too long, and have come too far to let a little thing like democracy stand in their way. No, I believe that there will be a crisis, even if they have to create one, and they will not let it go to waste. Ever wonder why they talk so much about the "A" word in reference to Dear Leader, and why they won't stop drawing parallels between Him and Lincoln, Kennedy, and now Caesar?
Et tu, Soros? Oh well, Sic semper tyrannis!

I have been following your blog for several months. I do not have a military background. My son, a Marine, served three tours of duty in Iraq. I'm very proud of him.

Even though I haven't served in the military I am an avid shooter. I'm a thinker and a Patriot.

You post of yesterday's event in D.C. has me very worried. We have allowed agencies to create armed forces within their different offices. All of this power has certainly gone to their heads.

After studying You Tube videos on the sujects of Waco and Ruby Ridge I concur that the people with the sniper rifles believe that WE are the enemy.

The actions of arresting the people that wanted to see their Representatives was appalling!!!!!

When we stand before these tyrants and they know that we are willing to fight and die for liberty those who hunt will be hunted!!!!

I guess it's a good thing DC is a gun-free zone, kept safe by black uniformed snipers on rooftops. Or maybe those snipers are posted because the Heller verdict made DC so dangerous. Maybe I'm confused.

I agree with "anon". Do you have any photos/video of the snipers to send in to someone other than Prava-NBC? Snipers on rooftops for a simple rally should be national news. It certainly would be if Bush were in office.

And just think, some Only One gave the order to post all those snipers. Thinking like MBV and Michael Collins, I wonder where HE ate breakfast?

I was - facing the building - on the far right edge of the crowd, just outside the paved walkway.

In looking at maps, I'm a bit confused - the event was billed as "east steps of the capitol" but I believe it was actually held on the west side. We came out of the "capitol south" metro station, and went up 1st st to Independence, turned left, passed the cannon and rayburn office buildings then crossed the street and followed the curved path around... HAD to be the west steps, as (again) facing the speakers we were to the right of the dome in front of the "wing" of the bldg...??!!

I couldn't see the speakers - view blocked by trees - but could hear them very well. I'm not one for diving into the middle of a large crowd, and not enough of a syncophant to care if I could see the speakers. My only reason for going was to add a warm body to the message being sent.

<<... Also, shortly after the beginning of elephantitis, did you notice the guy with a carbine shuffling people off of the stairs and onto the balcony behind the stone rail? Did that correspond to some of the pointing actions that I think I noticed?...>>

Again - sorry - couldn't see any of this though I did see guys with carbines on the balconies and unconcealed snipers on the rooftops...

<<...I saw the swat truck coming in at about 1450. Was this due to the same incident you mentioned?...>>

I didn't keep good track of time, but ... There was an ambulance brought in at one point - based on my later realization that ambulances were being used as "armored cars" and "paddy wagons"... who knows. Some older ladies in the metro as we were leaving were worried sick about their friend who they'd lost after she complained of not feeling well and went to go sit on the steps. Our conversation led me to think she'd been the reason for the ambulance but i have no way to know for sure...

"Maybe it's time we started giving the members of the dead elephant society the one finger salute, too? Especially so when they are off course..."

The republicans are getting it, now that the shockwaves of NY 23 have finally hit them.

The smart democrats, while not being able to openly support the tea parties (for now), do recognize the danger signs, even as Nancy Pelosi tries to get them to march off the cliff with her.

That's the problem with Nancy; her district is so safe for her that she has lost all vestiges of common sense.

I'm constantly amazed that the democrats were stupid enough to elect such a partisan whackjob as Speaker, but I suppose they thought that the country was moving hard left and they had to go with it.

Now they're finding out otherwise.

Folks:

9/12 caught the powers-that-be unaware, at least as to scale.

That won't happen again.

Any bets on National Guard deployments for the upcoming Spring 2010 protests?

$20 sez there are.

DC's not your city.

It's the government's city.

Remember that.

There are many -- many many -- in DC, on both sides of the aisles, who want you subdued and compliant.

By any means necessary.

Remember that, too.

Great reporting by Z and Anon. Thank you.

There is coming a time when the 'hunters' will become the 'hunted'!!! One only has to refer back to Waco or Ruby Ridge to see how the boys in black will deal with the American citizenry.

My greater concern is how folks were treated they went to talk to their representatives. Pelosi is a communist maggot!!

Folks, whether you realize it or not (and many here do), we are very close to being forced into a confrontation with the PTB/JBT. It will not be anything like Kent State or Waco or Ruby Ridge. It will be shades of the 1860's but with modern tools and tactics. Get ready mentally, because a well prepared mind will be your best defensive tool.

This will not be for the faint of heart as there will be, sadly, loss of property and life.

My hat is off to those who choose to participate now in an aggressive, but peaceful manner, as it is our last hope before conflict. I do not wish conflict, no, not at all. All it would take is for members of Congress and every State and Federal employee to actually live up to their oath of office and service and this would all end in a hush and quite peacefully. That's all it would take, just folks simply keeping their word. Wouldn't that be wonderful? Sure, but don't for a minute, count on it.

Thanks to all who went and all who shared this info. Our numbers grow and the courage of our brethren increases exponentially.
RE the snipers - it would have been interesting to know which of them would direct fire, if so ordered, toward the patriots below - and which might turn the crosshairs to the ones giving the orders.

And FWIW, the elderly priest you saw dragged out is a fearless and compassionate man named Father Norman Weslin... he is around 78 or 79, rather feeble, and I met him years ago shortly before he was brutally dragged away from an abortion mill where he - and a number of others - had been praying. If I had not known that it would shame him and disappoint him, I would have perhaps done a physical act to land me in jail ( no big deal there) just to get that ape in uniform to stop dragging him like an animal carcass. Anyway, Father Norman is man who embodies, to me, the love and gentleness of Christ, the commitment to peaceful intervention of Gandhi, and the iron will of a Patton.

Hi Mike,
pdxr13 said,"They are playing by Serbian Rules...." Hmmmm??? Funny how that goes, "Rules" are fine for card games or ball games but in war games there really is only one set of Rules and that's "JUNGLE RULES!!!!!" Ten years from now nobody will remember what kind of weapon, what caliber or tactics were used, no, just "Who Lived!!!" or "Who Won!!!!"

Maybe we should help reduce her districts carbon footprint. Look at turning the lights and water off in her district for a few hours?

Nah that would be wrong.

Happy D,
WHy would turning off the lights and water to the Botox Bitch's district be wrong? If they're that far left, then surely they're EnviroNazi Greeniacs, and won't mind reducing their carbon footpront & reducing the planet's global warming?

But if they DO object, then they are exposed for the hypocrits they are.

It would be more like a temporary preview of what they have to look forward to. Of course, it would be completely illegal and called "utility terrorism". Are hot showers, instant microwave popcorn, and 300+ channels (42 in anglais) on the 52" plasma screen a UN-Guaranteed "human right"?

Permanent "carbon footprint reduction" reads human depopulation to me. Expect armed resistance, even in mostly-disarmed Marin County.

The right people should always have the ability to control services into and out of an area of importance.

Cheers.
