THE REAL PROBLEM IS THAT THIS WOMAN IS ONE BIG STEP CLOSER TO A SUPREME COURT APPOINTMENT

And don't forget those that voted for the cloture motion. http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=114&session=1&vote=00164

RINOs like Texas Sen. John Cornyn voted against confirmation, but for cloture - which was a vote to advance her confirmation.

Both parties play to lose both in campaign for election and action after election. In this way they can ensure split gubmint excuse and ensure another election cycle.

Stay the course! Obliterate democrat politicians on the ballot JUST ONE MORE TIME, no matter what they do.

When Barry usurped office the dens were given total control - and they proved that taking over was their goal. That's all they did - usurp liberty and wealth. It takes six full years, three full cycles afterward to upend gubmint (wise founders and framers set it up that way on purpose).

Those next election cycle is that endgame. Pubbies are HOPING that this lynch vote LOSES some elections because they actually FEAR sixty votes in the senate alongside majority in the house and the presidency- but why? They FEAR having no minority party to blame their own failure on. They fear being EXPOSED just like dems were when the American people gave them absolute authority over the legislative process.

So don't take this bait. Yes, this is a punk bitch move. Yes it was foul to not just say NO and refuse to vote yes on this point. But my fellow countrymen, please, don't take this bait. Don't get played AGAIN! Sixty votes in the senate - 60 (R) positions is the ONLY WAY to end this charade - just as it was the only way to demonstrate once and for all how corrupt the (D) is!!

I agree, this was pathetic - but please see....the bigger more meaningful fights are yet to come.....

The number of boot-lickers whose name is followed by (R-**) is a prima facie case for the fact that we are now in a "one-party" state.

History teaches that a "one-party" state often doesn't work out to well for anyone - except those 2-faced pols that play the game well; as long as the game lasts.

John McCain's lap dog Jeff Flake voted for her. McCain must have told him to. Scarface couldn't vote yes, because he is going to try and buy his Senate seat again next year. Both AZ senators are disgraceful political hacks, we can only hope that one of the stronger AZ congressmen will step up to challenge RINO McCain next year. Flake is a one and done RINO.

And of course my dear senators from NY voted yes also. Doesn't matter that most of the state (apart from NYC and Long Oiland) hate their guts...My husband has to commute approx. 2 hrs. to NYC for work and when he gets home he tells me that he has never seen a more sickly looking people than those that live down there. I know there are still some good people on Staten Island, but to live there, with your back against the sea, is suicide. Hell, livin' anywhere in this state is becoming close to suicide! This used to be a beautiful state; good land, good water and a decent growing season. Progressives could ruin Heaven if given enough time...

"Sixty votes in the senate - 60 (R) positions is the ONLY WAY to end this charade - just as it was the only way to demonstrate once and for all how corrupt the (D) is!!"

REALLY?

And do you also think it will be reported by the very people who support, protect and defend all traitors foreign and very much domestic? The very ones who create the circumstances wherein the plot can succeed?

Thanks for posting this even though I would have assumed from past experience that my state's senators would vote for the traitorous wench.

Now it is most obvious why Obama and his ideology goes mostly unchecked by so-called Republicans. Can you imagine Harry Reid capitulating to the Republican agenda? Of course not!! He has been the most despicable Senate Majority Leader. A proven liar always toeing the line of obama's socialist ideology.

The Republicans are voted the majority party in the senate and things do not change much. Its no wonder why impeachment of obama is off the table - they wouldn't get 40 votes.

Most shameful and treasonous of the Republicans who voted for Lynch.

The quote attributed to Abraham Lincoln “America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.” is proving to be prophetic for this great nation.

These Republicans are spineless, weak-willed,feeble,faint-hearted, gutless, nerveless, inadequate, ineffective, soft, fearful, impotent RINOs. Shame on them all.

Had the Democratzis been the majority party at this time, at least we would have known what the outcome was to be. Ther is no difference between these RINOs and obama's minions.

I'm saddened to see Kelly Ayote caved in and ruined her voting record with this. She just lost my vote if she wants to be nominated for President in the near future. I'm not surprised that Thelma & Louise (Boxer & Feinstein) voted for this loser. I can't wait until next year when Big Spender Blimpie Boxer vacates the seat! I hope Elizabeth Emken runs again and gets into the Senate, as she got some decent standing against Feinstein when she challenged her in 2012. I met Emken on election day 2012 when she came to my workplace and did an appearance on a radio talkshow.

We need true conservatives such as Elizabeth Emken, Michele Bachmann and Sarah Palin to run and win.

Doesn't matter if the domestic enemies called journalists report it or not friend. They didn't report it about the dems yet in only two years they were handily and authoritatively removed.

Please understand, I don't offer the notion that 60 (R) votes brings bliss. Ironic as it is, mostly it will show just how many Democrats run and win as Republicans AND more importantly just how much the "leaders" of the grand old party LOVE that.

I come from the Washington position - George Washington that is- political faction isn't the solution, it is the core of the problems we experience. Nothing would warm my heart more than to see both pathetic parties go the way of the Whigs.

Both Senator Shelby and Sessions voted no. Proud of our state. Those republican senators who voted yea must be voted out.

What irritates me is that the RINO party could have sent this threat to liberty away, and they didn't.

We are truly moving closer to a one-psrty state, when senators won't vote sway such a threat to liberty when it was in their power to do so.

More heads for the list, or st least banishment to Zimbabwe.

Cruz (R-TX), Not Voting

Gee, thanks, Ted.
We knew we could count on you.

Artie said...

Fedup,

I hope you will not think of Ted Cruz too poorly because he skipped the confirmation vote.

Where it counted, the motion to invoke cloture, where 41 republican votes were required to stop the confirmation he voted correctly.

Artie said...

Ten republicans voted yea on the motion to invoke cloture where a 3/5 majority was required for passage. The same ten voted nay on the nomination vote where a 1/2 majority was required for passage.

The ten are:

Alexander tn
Burr nc
Capito wv
Corker tn
Cornyn tx

Gardner co
Roberts ks
Rounds SD
Thune SD
Tillis nc

My question to these gentlemen is this:

Why did you not oppose Lynch when it really counted in the cloture vote?

I would like to see a list of names, addresses, etc. published of those who betrayed their oath and constituents. Let them know they are on OUR list.

Anonymous said...

Save your time and effort. Let me know when you find the one or two who are honoring their oath.

The rest are traitors, plain and simple. Crooks and thugs.
