Eric @ 10.06: Most likely, as they were a soviet client state and were influenced by the Warsaw Pact countries too....airborne, amphibious, and spec ops types wore blue berets in the Warsaw Pact armies. Not positive, but I think the Russians still wear that same beret.

They don't look like normal troops. Probably Special Forces of some sort.
