Beretta PX4 Subcompact

I too have waited literaly years for a suitable sub compact to use as my primary CC firearm.
My last effort was the supurb Para-Ord C-6.45 in stainless - but it lacked a rail to attach any accessories.

I have always felt that the new, super small and super light weight laser sights such as the LaserMax-LMS Uni or the newer UNI-MAX have a place on a CC firearm as in their case the added weight and size are all but totally insignificant. The added capacity for obtaining a better fix on your objective more than offsets any arguments against not equipping a carry firearm with such a laser.

The real incentive for adding the Beretta PX4 to my stable is the fact that its available in .40 S&W. Not necessesarily a "step down" from the .45 ACP when used with the right loads. I have always had a soft spot for a Beretta, but not in smaller calibers - and I feel that over the years, the 9mm has disqualified itself as packing enough punch to insure it will get the job done regardless of how many cartridges one can pack in the magazine.

9mm not getting the job done?

What experience do you have about the 9mm not getting the job done? Try gold-dot 124+p, 147grn Federal HST, or any other top loads and I promise you the 9mm will get the job done.
