Yes, the weather engineering is going on far worse than ever.  Two days ago, I saw some 15 radials in the sky at once, like chicken footprints, some jammed together in 3 or more.  So they are engineering the daylights out of it.

 

Actually the Secretary of Defense confirmed this in 1997 at a conference in Georgia, when he said:

 

"Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important."

At the end of 1989, a rogue Japanese group composed of the Yakuza (Japanese Mafia) and Aum Shinrikyo leased the earlier scalar weapons from the KGB, on site in Russia.  The down payment was $900 million in gold bullion, and though I do not know the exact annual lease charge, I suspect it is a billion dollars per year. So beginning in early 1990, the Yakuza/Aum Shinrikyo assumed (under KGB control) the weather engineering over North America (and elsewhere).   They have also shot down several aircraft (including the TWA-800) etc.  They plan to take part in the eventual destruction of America.

 

And yes, there is a connection to global warming, since it can also be engineered.  However, most of the warming effect is due to the green house gases from our combustion processes to produce electrical power, etc.  That also can be cured quite quickly, by developing energy from the vacuum power systems.  However, the High Cabal (Churchill's name for the loose consortium of folks behind all the interlocking corporations that own much of the financial power of the world) certainly does not with that to be done, and has suppressed it for decades.  That is one of the reasons for my book; to release most of the information (the concepts and the principles) that allow such electrical power systems.  So the book represents one of the nightmares of the Cabal, now staring them in the face.  If we can get that information to enough sharp young graduate students, post docs, and a few professors, then it will hopefully take hold and they will never be able to put that genie back in the bottle.  If we get cheap clean energy from the vacuum, we can gradually reduce (dramatically) our burning of hydrocarbons and production of green house gases, thus dramatically reducing the global warming problem. We really have to get with it; the glaciers are already melting at a rather alarming pace, etc.

I just viewed a video presentation which Dr.Bearden gave in 1987, about Russian weather experiments.  I was wondering if, following the collapse of the Soviet Union, those experiments are still on-going.  If so, is there any connection to the so-called "Green House gas/global warming problem"?
