Dear Bryan,
The long curving "ball
of light" photo associated apparently with an ongoing eruption of the
volcano is highly suggestive of a practice shot by a scalar
interferometer. I noted it was in 2000, during which time the rogue
Japanese team (Yakuza and Aum Shinrikyo) --- who leased the scalar and
longitudinal EM interferometers on site in Russia at the end of 1989 ---
were indeed doing things around the world, and particularly in the
Americas.
Note also the
statement in 1997 by then Defense Secretary Cohen:
"Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism
whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes
remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty
of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they
can wreak terror upon other nations…It's real, and that's the reason why
we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts."
Secretary of Defense William Cohen at an April 1997 counterterrorism
conference sponsored by former Senator Sam Nunn. Quoted from DoD News
Briefing, Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen, Q&A at the Conference
on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy, University
of Georgia, Athens, Apr. 28, 1997.
The words in square
blocks were not spoken by the Secretary; these were apparently inserted
later to add a little spin control and lessen the impact of what the
Secretary confirmed.
At first blush it
looks as if the rogue teams were practicing, and may have "stimulated"
the volcano a bit -- then practiced their "shooting" techniques (e.g.,
in the way one could strike an aircraft or a missile just after launch).
The curving ball of
light is very similar to the photo I published, taken by a photographer
in latter Nov. 1985, which showed the strike of just such a weapon,
offset from a night launch of a U.S. shuttle from Cape Canaveral. About
two weeks later, the same type of shot was one of the two things used to
kill the contract Arrow DC-8 at Gander, Newfoundland that was bringing
back a team of U.S. soldiers from their peace-keeping operations in the
Mid-East. In that kill, the KGB first "cooled" the internal combustion
ongoing in the engines as the aircraft went down the runway to take
off. (That mode of operation had been tested earlier that year against
another aircraft also, which we reported and explained). As the DC-8
lifted off, the pilot noticed he did not have the usual lift (cooling
the combustion reduced the thrust of the engines. It is the
thrust/weight ratio that is important. You reduce it in icing by
increasing the weight, or reduce it this way by reducing the thrust).
As the pilot started a turn to go around and land again, just such a
ball of energy flashed down from the clouds and struck the right
fuselage ahead of the engines. The hole where it burned through the
fuselage was later revealed in a photo published in Aviation Week &
Space Technology. The instrument package on the aircraft recorded a
sharp pulse (two channels) exactly when that burst of EM energy went
through the fuselage. The ball of EM energy flying around in the
forward cabin explosively ignited the plastics, which explosively
outgassed. One of the products of that outgassing is hydrogen cyanide,
a lethal poisonous gas. A few breaths of that, and many members of the
forward cabin died from cyanide poisoning, before the aircraft struck
the ground. Meanwhile, tail still low from take-off position, the
stricken aircraft sank down, struck the ground, and exploded.
The actual strike of
that ball of light was physically observed by at least one eye witness,
Judy Parsons, who duly reported it. That testimony was denied to the
investigative board.
Meanwhile, autopsies
of the recovered corpses later revealed that about half the on-board
personnel died of hydrogen cyanide poisoning before the plane crashed.
The instrument package confirmed the strike of the second weapon. It
was later confirmed that the aircraft had no excess icing. Yet its
thrust/weight ratio had reduced, thus reducing its lift.
It gets better.
When the ball of light
is formed via scalar interferometry, and then strikes the aircraft, the
intense strike of interfering scalar and longitudinal wave energy in the
aircraft structure charges the struck materials in the time-energy
domain, very sharply and intensely. For a period of time thereafter (
probably 3-7 days in this case), the contacted materials will have
emitted longitudinal EM wave radiation. Living humans coming in contact
with this emitted novel radiation, particularly while it is still fairly
strong, will develop physical illnesses and afflictions, many
long-lasting and even permanent. Some 60 ground handlers, who actually
handled that material and debris, did indeed come down with the symptoms
of such radiation exposure: headaches, extreme fatigue, weakened immune
systems, nausea, stomach and digestive problems, flu-like symptoms, some
vertigo and loss of balance, etc.
There were other
signatures also associated with that weapons kill of the Arrow DC-8. In
short, it was overwhelmingly documentable.
We previously
explained why high ranking portions of the U.S. government were in great
haste to have that disaster declared a "normal crash" due to icing, and
why some of the shenanigans occurred with the investigation and
tampering with it, due to this high ranking U.S. governmental
interference.
Here is a grave
injustice that still should be re-investigated by a Congressional
Committee. Hundred of brave American soldiers died there, with no
justice, and with complicity and duplicity by their own government to
twist the investigation and deny them the justice they deserved and
their families deserved.
That kill of the Arrow
DC-8 was on Dec. 12, 1985. A decade earlier, speaking to a secret
meeting of Communist Parties in Europe, the head of the USSR informed
the assembled delegates that they, the Russians, were making great
progress (on new weaponry) and would be fully prepared in 1985. They
met that schedule; one of the milestone test demonstrations was the kill
of the Arrow DC-8. The same weapons then went on in 1986 to kill
several other vehicles (missiles, Challenger spacecraft, etc.). All
left signatures, if one knows what they are.
The so-called "cold"
war was never quite as cold as the news media painted. A great many
incidents, shoot-downs, etc. and skirmishes did occur periodically. The
only reason the USSR did not move in 1986, particularly in the mid-East,
was due to actions by a friendly foreign nation -- not by the U.S.
It has been an
interesting two and a half decades of looking for incidents and
indicators of the use of the "superweapons" and the sparring and
maneuvering of the various sides. Some of this I've written ---
crudely at first, better as I found out more about how the weapons
worked.
1990 was a turning
point. In that year, the quantum potential weapons were fully deployed
by the KGB (totally under KGB control, never in the normal Russian armed
forces). In 1997, on two occasions we were within days of the total
destruction of the U.S. The first such full-up strategic strike would
have occurred in February 1997, but was aborted because of countering
actions by the same friendly foreign nation. The most serious and
deadly attack -- which would have destroyed the U.S. utterly, in about
two hours -- was scheduled for May 1, 1997. Note the significance of
that date. That one was forcibly aborted just in the nick of time,
again by countering actions by the friendly nation --- thank God!
Eerily, just about the
time that Secretary of Defense Cohen made the above quoted statement in
response to a question from the audience at that conference in Georgia,
the strategic attack scheduled for a couple days later was just in the
process of standing back down and aborting.
Today, some five
nations have the quantum potential weapons. Some 10 or so nations have
the earlier scalar and longitudinal EM wave interferometer weapons.
With stand-off
(hopefully it will be maintained) in the highest superweapons, the game
then spread into other asymmetrical means and mechanisms. Terrorism ---
including on the international scale --- is one such asymmetrical
mechanism that increased over the latter years.
So it is a very, very
complex situation that exists in the world today. It's not just a
simple problem of rooting out Usama Bin Laden and getting rid of him.
Unfortunately, in my
view as an old dog -- admittedly tired and long-in-the-tooth --- we
shall be in this new kind of conflict from now on, or at least for many
years.
On the other hand,
ironically Putin has attained sufficient power in Russia now --- near
absolute --- to make a real difference. We have been enjoying low gas
pump prices, e.g., because of the Russians, under the spur that Putin is
giving. Russia has vast oil reserves, and Putin has seen the chance of
aiding his own economy and citizenry (the Russians in the street, the
common man) by developing those oil fields and becoming a firm oil
supplier partner to the U.S. So as OPEC maneuvers to lower production
and increase prices, Russia under Putin comes to our aid and intends to
attain and maintain a strategic energy relationship with us at least
somewhat similar to that of Saudi Arabia.
One must always
remember that today's foe may be tomorrow's ally. See the example of
Japan and Germany; our foes in WW II, today our firm allies. It just
may be, if we are lucky, that Russia, our ally in WW II and our foe
during the cold war --- becomes an ally again and not the foe it was of
yesteryear.
As the French say, the
more things change, the more they are the same.
Best wishes,
Tom Bearden
