Radionics has the concept of the "witness", such as a photo of the targeted object.  It has been shown in physics that photons emitted from a dielectric at a point, is not just a "point emission" exactly.  Instead, every part of the dielectric participates in each emission. Further (and this is not in the conventional physics book yet), the photons transport (in their time component, which is infinitely structured) a diffused exact little replica of the "spacetime curvature engine set --- the "template") of all interaction ongoing in the entire target object, and that includes the results of past interactions.  That "template" set is in fact the same template set (information set) that Fogal's chip can access and process. The information is all there.  The transport of a disease template from a diseased cell into a targeted healthy cell, by IR and UV emissions from the diseased cells,  was proven by the Kaznacheyev experiments  because the targeted cells under proper conditions did then develop that disease or disorder, after a kindling (integration) time delay.  A variation of that was used by the Russians in the so-called microwave radiation of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, causing the deaths of three ambassadors and developing health changes and illnesses in personnel over several decades.

This was an earlier type of electromagnetic biological warfare, which our fellows missed (and may still have missed it today, although they are getting better).  Further refinements and advancements are in fact in the kit bag of more than one nation.

But radionics does attempt to detect and utilize the engines and templates imprinted in the template by the light emissions from the targeted object. And the rigorous electrodynamics of that involves the "infolded" longitudinal EM wavepairs shown by Whittaker in 1903 and 1904, and is what Fogal's semiconductor is able to work with.

He has been trying for a very long time to get his technology out, and I am deeply hoping he makes it.  If he succeeds, it will simply revolutionize communications and many other things.
