Pay is not the problem! I work free anyway. The problem for me is
time.
I'm still recovering from a heart attack a few months ago, and am on
about a
half schedule at best (sometimes, no schedule, depending on the severity
of
the hypoxia). Finally succeeded in getting a proper mycoplasma
infection
test (the agent involved in much of the Gulf War Disease cases and in
many
of the chronic fatigue syndrome cases) and it confirmed chronic
mycoplasma infection. This accounts for the permanent loss of endurance after an
episode while stationed in Canada in the U.S. Army in 1968. No one ever
knew what the mysterious beast was that I caught back then, but it
nearly
did me in and left a permanent loss of endurance since then. Now we
know at
last. The mycoplasma organism burrows up in the red corpuscles, and
reduces
their ability to take on oxygen. So with that, I've been operating with
an
aerobic system which had no extra room, which mean any surge in physical
activity demand immediately caused me to draw out the anaerobic system,
leading to prompt fatigue and weakness. So I'm taking two treatments
now
simultaneously; the standard antibiotic treatment for one year, and a
new
research treatment not yet available (I took the antibiotics because I
cannot guarantee the continued availability of the "unusual" treatment
material). It looks like this thing can finally be beaten in about a
year,
and I now expect to beat it.
My major drive just now is to get my book finished (scheduled for publication by World Scientific next year), which will have one chapter dealing with the body's own cellular regenerative mechanism and the higher group symmetry electrodynamics by which it works. In this book, for the first time I know of anywhere, I am able to give (finally, after 20 years work on the problem!) a formal and rigorous definition of charge. We also present the giant negentropy mechanism of charge and dipolarity, and how it is generated. Also a most unusual (but testable) mechanism for cold fusion and other "low spatial energy" nuclear transmutation reactions. Will give the specific nuclear reactions for generating the excess deuterium, tritium, and alpha particles. Also will cite some unusual experiments at Naval research facilities at China Lake that are consistent with the hypothesis. One chapter will be on the unsuspected electromagnetic nature of mind -- not the standard U(1) EM, of course! Also in general how to engineer it directly (one uses time-polarized photons and waves from quantum field theory, not junk from orthodox EM modeling!), and a little of what the Russians have done with it in terms of weaponry. Weapons much more powerful and decisive than nuclear weapons have been developed by several nations, and the U.S. is NOT one of the five nations having the most decisive weapons on earth. Russia, Brazil, and China are three of the five. We have previously briefed the proper U.S. personnel on these weapons, which at first they simply did not believe. Today they are at least beginning to take it very seriously, but that is an area I can't talk openly about, at least not very much. The B-1 bomber crash just recently appears to be a "kill" by Yakuza and Aum Shinrikyo groups who leased the earlier KGB longitudinal EM interferometer weapons on site in Russia at the end of 1989. The AIAS has published a rigorous technical paper explaining "scalar" interferometry used in those weapons, the kill of quite a few aircraft and missiles over the U.S., kill of the shuttle "Challenger", and kill of the nuclear submarine U.S.S. Thresher in 1963. My information on the rogue Japanese group is 100% reliable; it comes from persons physically present when the rogue Japanese group actually leased the weapons (down payment was $900 million in gold bullion). The Yakuza group took over the weather engineering over the U.S. in 1990 when they began on-site operations there. They are still doing it today, and one can easily see it if one knows what to look for. These scalar interferometer weapons are what Defense Secretary Cohen referred to in 1997 when he made this statement:"Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves... So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations...It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts." Those were added later, apparently to try to "soften the impact" of what the Secretary had revealed. I've been reporting on those weapons since 1976. On a positive side, I've dramatically extended the Priore method, by finding a way to coerce the body cells themselves to do the EM wave polarization transductions that must be accomplished in order to use and amplify the body's own cellular regeneration mechanism. As of this writing, I'm now in patent pending status on that new process, with the PPA just filed. The method should allow a treatment (with ordinary EM waves in peculiar fashion, rather than painfully made longitudinal EM waves from a plasma as Priore did) of two minutes to replace the Priore longitudinal EM wave treatment of a couple of hours. The person spearheading this effort on the new method is Tony Craddock, who also kindly produces my website, www.cheniere.org.I personally do not believe that the conventional medical science community will ever finance such research; it is too dominated by the big pharmaceutical industry. So such work will have to be financed -- if at all -- purely by wealthy patrons for humanitarian reasons. Just a personal opinion. If we get a major WMD strike (such as anthrax or smallpox) on a major city soon, then we will see hundreds of thousands and perhaps even a million or more Americans dying in the streets. At that time, it may be that the U.S. government would entertain a crash development project, as I recommended in 1998. Forget NIH; all they wish to know is the regular chemistry and the 137-year old Maxwell EM model augmented a bit by QED. They also have no knowledge of how the cellular regenerative system works, because its functioning cannot be modeled in their self-enforced paradigm. The higher group symmetry electrodynamics does enable a dramatically new biochemistry, leading to "impossible molecules" that -- by normal theory -- cannot even exist in nature. They can exist, and in fact such deliberate extension of chemistry is involved in the nonstandard second self-treatment I'm using so long as it remains available to me. A company (I'm under a non-disclosure here) is already involved in producing this sort of chemistry, and at least I was able to indicate to them the exact mechanism they were applying, and how to go about modeling it. But only a small batch has been made, and so I cannot rely totally on that being available to me over this next year. But on the Priore frequencies, it seems that nothing I have gives any specific and definitive frequencies that Priore himself used. That, I guess, was his way of keeping a little "trade secret" for his method. As far as I'm aware, Pautrizel (very old) is still alive in France. If anyone would know, he would know since he worked long and hard with Priore for some years. I would strongly suggest you try to contact him on that subject if at all possible.I do wish you well in your efforts. The Priore stuff is still messed up in Europe; still some kind of fundamental disagreement between the Priore heirs, the government, a couple of big companies, and some highly opinionated later researchers who think they not only know it all but also think they "own" what Priore did, even though the patents have expired. Biggest mishmash possible, lots of egos and poor scientific knowledge involved. It's really simple. What Priore did cannot be done by ordinary U(1) group symmetry electrodynamics theory. If one does not hear something other than that for would-be pontiffs on the subject, then those pontiffs know nothing at all about the actual mechanism involved in what Priore did (and in what Becker did). U(1) does not contain nonlinear phase conjugate optics; and Priore's work was an extension of NLO, accomplished in the 60s before modern NLO was even known in the West! Our guys never even knew it until the Russians briefed scientists at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in 1972 about the effect of time-reversal waves. Even then, it was about 1979-80 until the U.S. scientific community got going in the area. Priore was already suppressed in the mid-70s. We know today --- not in U(1) theory --- that "energy" can be time-reversed back to a previous physical state. Priore unwittingly stumbled on to how to time-reverse mass-energy, which does not yet appear in modern nonlinear phase conjugate optics theory (they speculate on it a bit, then dismiss it as too "spooky"). Yet that is precisely what the cellular regeneration system of the body does -- time-reverses the mass-energy (and its structuring and dynamics, regardless of the intricacy) of the damaged cells back to a previous physical (mass energy and its dynamics) state. If Becker had had at his disposal in the 1960s the higher group symmetry electrodynamics available today, he would have had the complete mechanism for the cellular regenerative system which he studied so arduously.But we'll take another look (if I can find the right "piles" -- my "files" are "piles" in my 1230 square foot "office" in an old converted ballroom). I'm sure I do not have those frequencies, and so would recommend you try to find a way to contact Pautrizel directly.
