Adam,

In theory, if longitudinal EM waves could be used and mastered, everything the atom or molecule experiences --- either naturally or artificially --- is already stored and would be accessible and available anyway.

The Whittaker papers (1903 and 1904) show that all normal EM fields, waves, and potentials are "envelopes" built of longitudinal EM waves and their dynamics.  Further, a longitudinal EM wave is also a curvature of spacetime, and in a proper higher group symmetry electromagnetic theory such as O(3) such things can be and are modeled.  In the West, however, this rich and vast internal structure -- comprised of a much more fundamental and vastly capable electrodynamics --- of what we accept as conventional electrodynamics has been ignored.  Some extensive weaponization of it has occurred in the energetics weapons developments run by the KGB in the former Soviet Union.  It was used, for example, for several decades in the microwave radiation of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, accounting for the deaths of three U.S. Ambassadors and health changes in numerous U.S. government employees.  Any cellular death or disease pattern has a distinctive "fingerprint" in the internal electrodynamics, and if that fingerprint is injected into ordinary EM fields and potentials, then ordinary EM radiation absorbed long enough in a targeted body will develop that disease or disorder, per the Kaznacheyev experiments.

Some preliminary steps along the line of direct control of this internal EM have been accomplished by Bill Fogal, using his special semiconductors which, among other things, process these internal or "infolded" longitudinal EM waves.  Bill has demonstrated placing a video signal inside a DC potential, with excellent filtering to show an excellent and nearly pure DC potential.  A chip on one end infolds the signal inside the DC potential, which is placed on a long wire, and a chip on the other end decodes and outfolds the video signal.  So an entire video bandwidth can be implaced in a DC potential.  Whittaker's work, of course, shows clearly that the DC potential itself decomposes into a harmonic set of bidirectional longitudinal EM wavepairs.

So normal EM --- including a pure DC potential by conventional standards --- is naught but an incredible set of longitudinal EM wave superhighways.  This means that one can sit at a distance and receive the signal from any transmitter (such as from a satellite in space), and transmit back "inside" that ongoing signal right back into the interior of the satellite electromagnetics.  Inside the satellite, one can then do anything one wishes with the electronics, limited only by how far the "infolded electromagnetics" usage has been developed in one's technology.

Since mass is mostly empty space filled with EM fields, waves, and potentials, then this means that one can also "go right through" the entire mass of the earth, and the KGB weapons (longitudinal EM wave interferometers) have been able to do that since the 1960s.   They used the first production version of a strategic LW interferometer in April 1963 to destroy the U.S.S. Thresher nuclear submarine, underwater off the East Coast of the U.S.  The next day the same weapon, in interferometer "peak pulse" mode, produced a giant electromagnetic explosion deep underwater 100 miles north of Puerto Rico, in one of the deepest parts of the ocean.  The surface of the water erupted into a rising cone of water which rose up about a half mile high, spreading into a cauliflower shape, then falling back in the water.  The event was witnessed by a passing U.S. jetliner, and the captain reported it to the FBI and to the Coast Guard when he landed in Florida.  No one had the foggiest notion what it was.

That was Nikita Khrushchev's silent vengeance on J. F. Kennedy for forcing him to back down in the Cuban Missile Crisis a few months earlier.  J.F.K. was then assassinated later that year.  The coverup surrounding that assassination still smells to high heaven.

Suffice it to say that the Cold War was not nearly so cold as what has been portrayed publicly.

At any rate, Fogal has also been able to show "seeing right through" intervening mass, into the distance beyond, and even put it on a video screen.

As we stated, the entire past history of a signal --- everything that has happened to it since its birth -- is there as a marvelous set of fingerprints inside the signal, in the longitudinal EM wave aspects.  All noise that has been added to the signal by its environmental or other interactions along the way, also has distinctive signatures.  Fogal has clearly demonstrated (and it has been independently tested and verified at a European university) that he can remove almost all the noise from a digital image, using his technology.  His demonstration has also been independently tested by leading video experts (two independently and separately) in this country.  In Europe the measured effect was the removal of 96% of the noise from the signal --- something deemed totally impossible by our own scientists.

In spite of demonstrations and negotiations, Fogal has yet to attract the necessary capital to take his technology forward into development.  After years of heartache and effort, and disbelief by an inane U.S. scientific community that simply says nothing we cannot already do can ever be done, Fogal is retiring from active work on his technology while he regroups his energy and his forces.

It is a sad day.  Forget the weapons aspects such as going back through all the encrypted links to the original encoding and past it to the clear text.  Forget building "functioning LW EM robotic systems" made entirely of LWs which travel through matter by going easily through its LW superhighways, and that backtravel through a nation's own transmissions right into the electronic vitals of its nuclear electronics in its nuclear weapons, its nuclear subs, its strategic bombers, its interceptors, its strategic missiles, etc. (which occurred at the end of 1999 and this nation did not even detect it).  Think now of the beneficial uses.  Looking throughout the body at diseased and damaged portions, without surgery or x-rays.  Internal surgery without opening the body.  In law enforcement, directly viewing and inspecting the complete contents of every one of those standard containers aboard ships, and trucks, 98% of which now are never examined anywhere, enabling incredible tonnages of dope and drugs to be easily shipped right into our nation by the drug cartels.  Why, the containers are unloaded onto trucks, and the U.S. Trucking Industry delivers them directly to the waiting drug dealers posing as "businessmen" etc.  Little wonder our schools are permeated with drugs, etc.  With the correct tools, enforcement could suddenly start intercepting and seizing almost all of that contraband dope.

But the U.S. scientific community isn't going to allow that to happen, because it is something they themselves have not discovered.  Any historian of science knows that the orthodox scientific community has a demonstrated, black history of vehement suppression of scientific and technical innovation.  We give some typical examples in our book, Energy from the Vacuum; any historian can easily add a hundred or two more.

What we have in this country is not just an energy crisis, a drug crisis, a medical crisis, etc.

What we have is a scientific mindset crisis.

As Max Planck eloquently stated,

"An important scientific innovation rarely makes its way by gradually winning over and converting its opponents: it rarely happens that Saul becomes Paul.  What does happen is that its opponents gradually die out, and that the growing generation is familiarized with the ideas from the beginning." [Max Planck, in G. Holton, Thematic Origins of Scientific Thought, Harvard University Press, Cambridge, MA, 1973.]

In other words, in a majority of cases we have to wait till the old dogs who so adamantly oppose it, just die off and get out of the way.

Best wishes,

Tom Bearden

well here is something that is approaching some of the physics that have been discussed on the site. What other
information could be stored or otherwise used at the molecular level.
