Most EM scientists believe only in the "energy deposition" theory --- the brute force effects on the matter in cells, etc.  In short, if the radiation doesn't do brute force damage such as heating the tissue, then the prevailing view is that no damage has been done.

That view totally ignores the fact that the body has information and information processing, which controls the physical functions anyway.  Most of the information and its processing is in electromagnetic form -- much of it being in the "inner" electrodynamics inside the normal EM potentials, fields, and waves.  So the "information content of the field" (Russian term for the structuring and dynamics of this hidden longitudinal EM wave electrodynamics that the West has ignored for a century) is ignored as any kind of target that can be disrupted by EM radiation (by the internal information content of the radiation, rather than its brute force power).

Blunt truth is that the internal information content can be disrupted, jammed, noise added, etc.  All such added interference then affects the control system (e.g., the cellular regeneration system, very poorly studied in the West, mostly by Becker).  In turn, with a "noisy" control system also making errors, the control of the physical functions is disarrayed. Consequently real physical damage results.

What is really needed is the use of higher group symmetry electrodynamics applied to the problem, since it can model the internal functions.  The standard electrical engineering cannot and does not model the information content of the field at all.

So our scientists continue to shuffle along, many of them pontificating on EM bioeffects being only due to physical brute force damage, even though the Russians used deliberately structured field-free potentials in the decades-long microwave radiation of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, to induce illnesses and health changes, and disorders which resulted in the deaths of three U.S. Ambassadors.

We haven't learned very much since that time.  With a high level target --- the U.S. Ambassador --- then the CIA, DIA, NSA, NSC, etc. all became interested and were puzzled.  So Johns Hopkins was brought in, and did an excellent CLASSICAL electromagnetic analysis.  Interestingly, all the health changes occurred in the regions that were field-free (which is the very regions where the field-free potentials were very stable, hence gave a constant exposure of their "information content" to the exposed bodies.

Johns Hopkins scientists, still thinking in the hoary old 1880s terms that all the EM action is caused by the fields, concluded that the health changes could not be due to the microwave radiation, because the changes all occurred in field free areas.  In short, that conclusion is based on the totally erroneous assumption that field-free potentials cannot alter the functioning of the human body, the cells, etc.

Indeed, the official conclusion of the study is falsified by elementary statistics.  Since there were many cases and the radiation lasted for decades (off and on sometimes), then let us suppose that it was NOT due to the radiation at all.  In that case, statistically some cases would have happened where the fields were present, and some would have happened where the fields were absent.  Since there were so many cases and such a long time, the probability of both happening is nearly 1.0.

Since that is NOT what happened, the probability is nearly 1.0 that it WAS the microwave radiation.  Further, it had to be the field-free potentials, since that is the only areas in which the phenomenology occurred.

In short, their own study had actually proven, to very high probability, that it was indeed the microwave radiation that was causing the health changes.

So the scientific community, here half a century or so later, is still on the same old track, for most part.  So far as I'm aware, there are no funded programs to modify higher group symmetry electrodynamics to add the internal Whittaker-type internal structuring, fit the resulting model to experiments designed for that purpose, and generate a true science of EM bioeffects on living systems.

Actually, you cannot even see all that happens in a simple electrical circuit if you use only the standard electrical engineering and only use tensor algebra and vector algebra.  One of the really excellent electrodynamicists, Barrett, who is also one of the pioneers of ultrawideband radar, rigorously examined Tesla's actual patented circuits in a higher EM model embedded in quaternion algebra.  Startlingly, this analysis revealed some very real "magic" that the Old Master was doing, which could not even be "seen" in a tensor analysis.  Barrett was so impressed that he went on to extend Tesla's methodology a bit, and obtained two patents in the communications area.  The references are: (1) T. When one deliberately forms deterministic internal LW structuring and dynamics inside EM fields, waves, and potentials as "carriers", the dynamic pattern has a form or "template" that is comprised of spacetime curvatures. Also, these curvatures have dynamics appropriate to the template dynamics. Let us call the template plus its dynamics an "engine" or "spacetime curvature engine".  The Russian "information content of the field" term actually refers to such "engines" and their use.  Since spacetime curvature acts directly on any exposed mass, one can in theory build any kind of template and dynamics (engine) one wishes, embed it in signals, and then irradiate a living body with those signals.  As the signals are absorbed in that body, so are the spacetime curvatures -- which are "dumped" into the bodies own fields, waves, and potentials via superposition.  So gradually one "grows" in that targeted body (in an "inner group space" inside its EM fields, potentials, and waves) that particular engine.  One grows the "engine" in that subspace, very like one increases a signal in the presence of noise (competing signals) by coherent integration.

The result is that the desired "engine" is created in the body and acts on the body, in whatever fashion it was designed to act.  We refer to the EM fields, potentials, and waves that contain a specific engine as having been "dimensioned" (referring here to the use of the inner space of that higher group).

One can induce any form of cellular disorder or disease in this fashion (as demonstrated in thousands of experiments by Kaznacheyev).  This has led to the use of a very special kind of biological warfare by the KGB and others (e.g., China): the use of dimensioned EM fields, waves, and potentials to induce disease and health change in targeted bodies at a distance, and en masse if so desired.

The decades-long microwave radiation of the U.S. Embassy by the Soviets was just (1) examples of their progress in dimensioned electrodynamics, and (2) a deliberate stimulus of the U.S. government, by striking the Embassy and the Ambassador, to assure highest level attention.  In return, the response taken on site at the Embassy would be from the best we knew, and the KGB could evaluate whether or not we knew anything about dimensioned electromagnetics, whether we had developed such weapons, and whether we had developed defenses.

So for decades we told them - with 100% certainty - that we had no knowledge of dimensioned electromagnetics, had not developed such weapons ourselves, had no defenses, and would not even recognize that technology when it was used against us by hostile acts of war.

And guess what.  The scientific community in the West is still no farther along on that problem than they were back there as early as 1957.

As the French say, the more things change, the more they stay the same.
