Help support the research

  Dear Phil,

Sounds like you are having some good results, and I wish you the best in your continuing research.

Unfortunately, at present I'm in serious difficulties physically.  In addition, my wife had a stroke a few weeks ago and I'm also caring for her 24/7. She is slowly improving, but it will require a year or two yet. So my time has become severely limited to almost nonexistent. I simply cannot take on any more tasks at this time, to my regret, and am having to eliminate more than two-thirds of my previous efforts.

For measurement, thermodynamics is very straightforward: The output work divided by the operator's input energy gives the COP as a decimal. The output work divided by the total energy input (the operator's input plus any additional input by the active environment) gives the system efficiency (usually stated as a percentage). No system has efficiency greater than 100%, else it would have to "create" energy.

On the other hand, nature certainly permits COP > 1.0, even in systems with efficiency of 50% or less, which means in systems which waste half or more of their total input energy. In the familiar heat pump, e.g., its efficiency may be 50% or so, but its COP under decent conditions will be COP = 3.0 to 4.0.  The extra energy, of course, is freely input by the external environment after the unit extracts the heat from it. A solar cell, e.g., has a COP = infinity, because the operator input is zero. An average one may have an efficiency of only 17%, however, which means it wastes 83% of all the energy it receives from the environment.

All EM fields and potentials and joules of EM energy come from the active vacuum, via the associated source charges. In the standard electrical engineering model, the model erroneously assumes that the continuous outpouring of photons by the source charge is absolutely for free, and assumes there is no energy input. In short, it assumes that every joule of EM energy, every EM field, and every EM potential in the universe has been freely created out of nothing at all, by its associated source charge(s).

That of course is a total violation of the conservation of energy law. One must keep one's sense of humor! The very professors, EE departments, and electrical engineers who so denounce COP > 1.0 electrical power systems taking energy from the vacuum, themselves unwittingly advocate and accept the total violation of energy conservation -- and do not even realize it!

Anyway, please keep experimenting and developing, and best wishes to you in your work,

Tom Bearden

Hi Tom,

I keep a low profile on my work after realizing what its personally like to be put in the class of a con artist or a nut case but any way we have put in a patent application with much trouble from attorneys and there stubborn beliefs. Finally after many months the application went through with full understanding of our concept and operation. We have set a web site to put one of the products on the market but already have a company in America looking to use the product very soon in the electric scooter market. I have many other inventions in this field which we are getting ready to patent as well. Soon there will be a circuit board that can control any dc electric motor at variable speeds with very high efficiency, it is being tested at the moment and working very well. What I wanted to ask you is what obstacles will we encounter bringing out high efficient drive systems, and how to deal with them?

What we have accomplished is a very high speed polarity switching circuit that drives two independent coil banks and a core design that virtually eliminates any magnetic drag where the core cannot and will not register on the strongest magnetic field point of a permanent magnet; we also use a much greater air gap than what is considered normal.

I am not the sort of person that can give you complicated equations because I think in a different way, in my mind I use visual pictures and motion of what is taking place and what I wish to accomplish. Maybe if you had time you could help me put a true cop figure on the concept?

I am able to do just about anything with mosfetts these days and push them very hard after destroying well over 10,000 of them, once I could find all there imperfections and behavior under different sequences it made it possible to accomplish what we set out to do now having very reliable and clever circuits. The circuit that drives the scooter wheel runs very cold with the mosfetts running at room temperature even though there switching 36volts and a load resistance of .4 of an ohm. Also using a mosfett we regulate the circuitry supply so an operating voltage from 11volts to 55volts is achieved and very stable. We are currently getting ready to put forward other patents which can power loads with new formulas of using the vacuum to draw in excess energy. I go very deep into what can be achieved and love to work out ways of making it happen and I have created a law which we work with and so far it answers all formulas that make it happen for me.                                       PHILS LAW...states

(1)     THE GREATER THE PRESSURE (2)     THE GREATER THE VELOCITY (3)     THE GREATER THE VACUUM (4)     THE GREATER THE VELOCITY (5)     BACK TO (1) I love teslas work and wish we could get more knowledge of his achievements; we built 2 tesla turbines last year and found a way to totally get away from the disk system and use a much more efficient and powerful motor working with adhesion using the formula Or law if you like, but my heart now is in the electrical area where I feel the major benefits to the human race will come from. Would love to here a reply and learn more from you and directions that I should follow Thank you Phil W Ps. Web site www.klingwood.com.au
