Yep, right on. I was just trying to keep it simple, and was only observing the scalar interferometry signatures in the clouds. But the rest of it is ongoing also, in addition to yet another effect: the use of negative energy (big flasher) to try to "eat up" lots of the electrons (charges) in a big storm, dramatically reducing its intensity, velocity of its winds, and its overall electrical energy.

As the Chinese proverb wishes, we do live in interesting times.

It appears that the U.S. weather engineering picture is even more complex than this, as Bob Beckwith told us that Raytheon are also engineering the weather using HAARP to teleport balls of energy and water around for purposes of weather control.

I have no reason to doubt that what he told us is true.  It is also in his books.

Add into this mix the Edward Teller-inspired global sunscreen spraying project and our own LW interferometers, and it is a real mess.

The other interesting wild-card in the equation is that, according to James McCanney, a "heretic" ex-Cornell physicist and mathematician, the mechanics of how the conventional electromagnetic model of the solar wind and the sun influence our weather is all wrong.  Having read summaries of his theses, I am inclined to agree with this postulations, as the "standard" explanations of weather modeling never did ring that true to me.

Today, I saw perhaps a dozen giant radials, some really gigantic, in the space of two hours. Some were cutting power IN TWO MINUTES, just being wiped right out in that small bit of time, across half the sky! Secretary of Defense William Cohen publicly confirmed in 1997 that "terrorists" were electromagnetically engineering our weather and changing the climate, triggering earthquakes, and initiating volcanoes into eruption. 

The news media paid not the slightest attention to it, which was the first time a high level U.S. government official had confirmed the weapons.  The media was caught up with the Clinton-Lewinsky scandal at the time, and a little thing like new kinds of strategic weapons being used against us didn't seem to stop the feeding frenzy they were in. 

The Russians (KGB) started serious weather engineering over North America in 1976 -- on July 4, to be exact -- their "bicentennial gift" to us. They do have a sense of macabre humor.
