Subject: RE: question for Tom - has one of your old records

Hi Brent!

Yes, That record was on the Fabor label. "Dance, Gypsy, Dance" was a tune I
wrote and recorded, while the other was a tune by Ginny Wright and I. I was
on the Louisiana Hayride for awhile before I came into the Army in June
1954. Was just getting a bit of real action on some songs and records, but
had to leave it all behind. Then Elvis Presley arrived on the Hayride after
I left, and threw everything into rock and roll. The Hayride folded only a
few years after that.

Really brings back some old memories!

And yes, I'd love to have a copy of those tunes (mine got lost in my Army
moves somewhere over the years quite some time ago).

My address is:
               Tom Bearden
               2311 Big Cove Road
               Huntsville, AL 35801-1351

Much appreciated!

I don't know the real answer to why Patton was killed; Tony probably has a
far better perspective on that one than I do.

Hang in there and thanks in advance!

Tom
